Nancy's nails — Attraction in Tempe

Worst services I’ll never receive. I walked into this nail place because it was convenient. I requested an appointment because I know walk-ins are welcome. However, appointments are much appreciated so I did my best and request an appointment for the same day. I was told no problem. come back at 6:30. This was at 3:15 PM, I gave them the three hours to be told they were running a little bit late. When really they took a whole complete appointment in front of me was not an appointment for business practices. I will never go there for nails. I don’t care how convenient it is business practices to tell me that they were running just a little bit behind after already making me wait hours for an appointment, I suggest you go somewhere else somewhere that doesn’t tell you to wait three hours just so they can give you the appointment because all the other appointments in town are also booked by 630 so you can’t get your nails done same day

It’s sad you now admit to making clients wait over an hour for your service when booking an appointment, I would never return based on the fact that your reply is I walked out after 5 Minutes when you know in fact I was waiting since 3pm for my 630 appointment you should have just said you couldn’t handle it and requested I return the next day! I have been going to Nancy's Nails for the past 2 1/2 years. My office used to be down the street and I went there the first time because they were close. I have had almost all of the nail techs do my nails and they ALL do a great job. I've never been to a salon where all the people were so good. I moved my office to North Phoenix about a year ago. I tried to find a nail salon near my new office, but could not find one I liked. So, I've been driving back to Tempe for the past 9 months to go back to Nancy's Nails. Yes, it's a drive for me, but it's so worth it. Mai is the main tech who does my nails and she's fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this salon and the staff. They are wonderful, friendly, and remember my name. ...

I literally just left here with my girlfriend, not twenty minutes ago. The guy doing her nails messed them up before painting them, said he couldn’t fix the mistake he made, and sat her in a corner for over an hour promising that someone would be over to fix them. We waited so long that I went across the street to a different store to grab a snack. After asking multiple people for help and being ignored, my girlfriend walked out with her nails looking terrible and completely unfinished. To my surprise she met me across the street in her car. Apparently the guy doing her nails followed her to her car, kicked her car door twice (denting it), and spewed terrible profanity at her. We are good Christian people. Highly reccomend you...
