I have been to this supermarket twice. This time makes me feel nauseous. When I first came, I was not very clear about where many items were placed and there were many people, so I sought help. But this staff member had a bad attitude and scolded me. Didn't you see that we were all very busy? Find it yourself.Today I came to return the item but it was rejected, which does not comply with their return rules. I also made it clear that due to news reports, Japanese saury and scallops have been contaminated with nuclear wastewater from Japan, which can cause cancer if consumed. One of their supervisors said they could write a statement to ensure that their products are not contaminated. I waited for a while, but they changed their statement and couldn't meet my requirements. I did not request this statement, I just requested a return.I asked the store manager to handle this incident, and the manager handled it very quickly. Then the person who claimed to be in charge came over to find fault, saying that there was actually no need to worry so much and come to us again if he really fell ill. I asked her , do you have family? If there are any, you can take them back and give them a try. I don't want to take risks.A man came over and said to me that all of my products in this row are carcinogenic. Aren't you buying them all? This pot is also carcinogenic, don't you also need to use it? I answered him, I used an iron pot. He was powerless to refute and cursed me with foul language. My wife has been trying to stop the argument, but the man keeps getting entangled. That supervisor's flattering introduction is from our boss, please be careful. LoL, you're just a boss and not the president. Even the president is constrained by Congress. The United States is a democratic and rule of law country. I told them that you can easily find this news online. They ignored...
Read moreAnother Super Market just opened next to a bunch of others... yey...!
Visually, the market reminds me of Ralphs and Vons, but the the grocery items are almost the same as 168. There are also a few small stores in here. Mix it up together, and you get a small version of San Gabriel Super Store. They have volume thats for sure, I just hope the fruits aren't as bruised up the next time i come here. I wonder how long it will stay clean in here 🤔 Their basket have wheels so that's cool.
There's a small women's clothing store which is cool, but we seriously need ACTUAL RETAIL CLOTHING stores around here; not another super market next to another super market thats next to another super market 🙄 We already have Super A, 168, another asian market at san gabriel and another across The Hat, and Ralphs all within 3-4 miles. This is redundant like Subway. This store should've been a bunch of small stores like H&M, Zara and even Sephora. I really wanted this spot to be trendier.
They're using some brand of card swiper that I have never seen before, so I really need to research where it came from out...
Read moreWent there twice since opening. I bought the snow crab in both visits. The first time it was great, that's why I went back. The second visit there wasn't much clusters left. Those in the front near the customer side were complete and big. I pointed to those and asked the guy to give me those, but he kept grabbing from the side near him. I told him at least three times to get me those in the front but he never did. When I got home, I found half of the clusters were just broken, small, and even single piece side legs. When I was there I even told the lady next to me the crabs were good. This second visit really took...
