Face Palm full of disappointment. I went there to drop off a package that contained my trade-in to Samsung. I was told to go to a "FedEx Ship store" and not a "FedEx drop off." I asked the man, tall, large built man with glasses if his location is a "ship store" he said "yes." Then I asked him if I could get a receipt and he said that he can't, only FedEx can and that I should only take a picture of it. Then he pointed to the bin, WATCHED me put it in and that was it. 2 weeks later Samsung says they didn't receive my phone. I look up the tracking, it's not vaild. I chat with Samsung and they said that when that error comes up that means it was never scanned which means it was never picked up! So I called this store and the very nice boy RICKY came to the rescue. Not only did he find the box, but then he told me that the guy was never supposed to accept the package because it has a battery in it! Furthermore, he said they kept the package because I had put it in the wrong box! (Actually, I was told to put it in the wrong box.) Shame on the guy who's name I don't know who 1) told me they were a ship store when they weren't, 2) directed me to put it in the wrong bin, 3) accepted the box even when I told him what it was, and for ALL THE associates who completely ignored the box on their counter for TWO...
Read moreI recently had a deeply frustrating experience with a purchase of a TI-84 Plus CE calculator. I bought this calculator 6 days ago, excited about its capabilities for my needs. However, it was a disappointment from the start as it remained unused until yesterday when I discovered that it does not work and cannot be charged. Hoping for a quick resolution, I brought the calculator back to the Temple City store, expecting understanding and assistance. Unfortunately, the response was far from helpful. I was bluntly told that I could not return the item. The situation escalated when I mentioned that Amazon allows returns for such issues. Upon hearing this, a staff member named Michael began to yell at me. This response was not only unprofessional but also left me feeling belittled and disrespected.

Read moreReceived confirmation my item was ready for pick up from an online order. When i arrived the item was not available (why do they even send a confirmation when the item was not put aside for me; or worst they gave my item away to someone else) I picked up my item 2 days after i receive confirmation and did not receive a cancellation email or call.
Even worst was they did not even officially cancel my item or receive a refund. Therefore i still have the charge my card with no item. If I receive a notification or call that my item was confirmed by accident i would not think anything of it, but after two business days i had to find the news after wasting my time and gas money to arrive at the store; with no refund either.
Also online pick up is not even marked in the store (no signs and labels). I had to ask an associate to where to pick up my item. It happens to be at the copy and print area (which already has a line for copy needs).
