Pretty good selection of stuff but this one Employee was pretty rude. The entire time he treated me like I was some sort of inconvenience to him and the amount of times he would just side eye me was insane. I tried joking with him to ease the tension and he gave me this super dirty look and just sighed. It was a self deprecating joke about me buying too many models so thereās no way he couldāve taken offense. he was skinny guy with a beard but I didnāt get a name unfortunately and this was a couple of weeks ago.
I wanted to give benefit of the doubt that maybe he had a bad day, but then my brother called me today to complain that he worked with some incredibly rude guy that accused him of trying to scam the store. (He wasnāt, I think heās gonna write his own review to explain what happened.) When my brother described the guy I was surprised to find he matched the description of the same dude that was super rude to me.
Thatās what made me write this review. As a retail manager myself I know how important customer service is and customers should be made aware when thereās is an employee with a track record of being very rude and condescending.
Iāve never had any issues with any other employeeās, if I May end this review in a positive note the gentleman with long black hair (I think braided) has always been nice. So if you go there i recommend looking for him and not...

On Thursday December 16th I had planned to go run in real quick and by multiple packs of the bundled pokemon cards and if they still had it a winter soldier shield. When I walked into the store I went straight for the pokemon cards and started looking. Within 3 seconds of getting to the counter a guy asked if I was ready to check out. I didn't recognize that he was talking to me because there was also a guy and his kid right behind me that seemed like they were done shopping. The employee then in a snarky tone said something along the lines of "oh ok I wasn't talking to you any way" that's when I looked up to see if he was talking to me or the guy and his kid. The employee then said again in a rude snarky tone "yeah I was talking to you" as he walked away "but don't worry about its cool." Because of that one employees attitude you lost at a minimum $60 in sales that day and who knows how much in the future.
Edit: I spoke with the owner/manager shortly after this post. He assured me that the situation was rectified and apologized. I have since been back twice and even though I didn't buy anything I was treated 100% better. It sucks I had 1 negative interaction but I strongly believe that is not the norm at this very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into the store today to exchange a PS2 controller. I got there about 10 minutes after the store opened, and the only guy there was opening up their register. He asked me if I needed any help. After I told him I needed to exchange a PS2 controller, he said he would help me in 20 minutes after he finished opening the store. He then started opening the second register. At this time, another customer asked him for help and he said he would help him when he finished. The employee then continues to say to both me and the other customer that we needed to not bother him when we see he has money in his hands. I told him that Iāve been patient. He replies by saying he was ājoking.ā He then asks where me and the other customer work so he could come over there to irritate us. After I gave him a pissed off look, he said he was ājoking.ā Threatening to come to my work to irritate me is not a joke. Especially when I wasnāt bothering him and HE ASKED ME what he could do to help me. Iāve been here multiple times buying Pokemon cards, but I will no longer give this shop my money. The rude employee had long, straight black hair and was either indigenous or Hispanic. He better appreciate me not correcting him myself and was still kind enough to stay to finish...
