Ichi hibachi pho — Restaurant in Temple

THIS PLACE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!! My co worker took me there, the food he was making looked and smelled good, ignored us for about 10 minutes (didn't pay any mind he was the only one and had two orders before us) my friend order beef pho and HE CHARGED her incorrectly, she noticed and after I ordered she politely said "sir this is the pho right, the soup" he instantly began to raise his voice and become frustrated. The price difference was literly $0.14 cents. We told him we are happy to pay the difference. Began yelling and telling my friend to look at his pictures to see what she wants. I told him she told you PHO , BEEF PHO and asked firmly "did you make it yet"? He responded no, and that he doesn't have time to do this and she told him to refund her that it was fine, I also asked for a refund before he even began making anything. He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and continued to huff and puff i then told him if he was so stressed maybe he should have someone else help instead of treat people the way her does, I told him its not that hard for us to pay the difference and he said do I know what a computer is and how it worked,, i questioned and asked him your asking me if i know what a computer is asked? And replied of course I do and I also work with the public and I would never talk to someone the way he is talking to us and let him know HE WOULD NEVER GET our business. This guy delivers every single time. The only two issues that I have with this establishment are: one the location. being located in a gas station is not ideal by any means. Also the hours of operation for this little business. By all means, I understand why. Considering there's only one person that works the restaurant. However, I wish they would have normal operating hours instead of closing in the middle of the day. Let's get down to what matters. The FOOD it's amazing no doubt about it this dude knows how to cook. Especially those steaks. He always has very high quality beef to serve. After talking to the gentleman that runs the place he mentioned that he worked at a kobe steakhouse before this. So, he knows his steaks and you can tell it. Best pho I've had in a long time. I got the beef and brisket pho. The broth was extremely well-seasoned and balanced. It was like a salty-sweet combination but I truly have no words to describe its full deliciousness. Beef and brisket were tender and juicy. Noodles cooked just right and really soaked up the flavor of the broth. It was like an orgamsm in my mouth.

No external seasoning was necessary, not even the lime slice that most places give (or the soy sauce and Sriracha). Definitely ordering from here again.

The people were not rude. I think many confuse rudeness with just being direct and straight to the point. You do need to have a bit of patience though as it takes some time for the food...
