We are forever grateful to their entire Cassio Creations team for bringing the magic back to our engagement! We have found our forever jewelers!

We were referred to Cassio Creations from a family member after being engaged for only 12 days, my original ring that was purchased from a store in the mall started losing small diamonds. My fiancé and I were absolutely distraught that my brand new engagement ring was literally falling apart. We were at a loss of what to do, so the first stop was to get a second opinion to see what the issue was, if it was in fact made poorly, or if the unique design of my ring was flawed all together.

Upon meeting with Michelle Cassio, I knew we were in great hands. With nothing to gain, the entire team looked over the rings, and offered very candid advice, and showed us first and foremost where the flaws were. I knew in that very minute that we have found people that we could trust. We left that day with a lot to consider, but ultimately decided that we just wanted to be done dealing with this very unpleasant store at the mall, and we wanted to work with Cassio Creations to recreate my engagement and wedding ring and start fresh with people we trusted, and enjoyed working with.

Although we ended up purchasing new rings, it was all well worth it to work with people who truly cared about our particular situation, and who went above & beyond for my fiancé and I. They care so much about their customers, and you feel that the second you walk into the store. While the start of our engagement was difficult, the incredible support, professionalism, compassion, and honesty of Craig, Michelle, and Josh Cassio and the entire Cassio Creations team made our engagement a joyous event again! I had never heard of Cassio Creations until they moved to their new location on Hughes Landing. I’m SO glad they did! My experience started off by meeting Michelle. I have a necklace with my spouse’s police badge. I wear it at all times, never take it off. Being that it sterling silver it started to turn grey and dulling out. I had tried several things to restore it, but nothing worked. I had asked other Mall jewelers to see if there was anything they could do and all that they would do is put it in a machine to be cleaned, but the dullness and lack of shine remained. So I went in there expecting the same thing. Michelle took my necklace, thoroughly inspected it, and then took it to the back to see what she could do to help me. I waited and looked around at all their beautiful pieces and then finally Michelle came out with my necklace. I was so surprised to see she had taken the time to polish it and restore it to the beautiful shiny badge I remember it once was. I almost cried because it had been years since I seen it like that. At that moment she gained my trust. So I went back to ask if they could solder my wedding and engagement rings together. The price that was quoted to me was reasonable, so nervously I went for it. I’m not materialistic, but my rings and necklace mean a lot to me. So I waited to the estimated finished date and I got the call to pick it up. When I got my rings back OH MY GOSH! They looked SO beautiful! I was so surprised at the fine work they did and how well they took care of my rings! The diamonds had that sparkle like the first day I got my rings and the bands were restored to the clean white gold they once were. It’s hard to find good customer service in a day of automation, so it was a pleasure to have a couple of different services performed by the folks at Cassio. They answer their phone. They find answers to your questions quickly, and will do the hard work of research if you have a more difficult challenge or project. They did a research on an antique piece of jewelry that we had, for example. But they are equally helpful for simple things like watch battery changes and band replacement. Josh helped me the last couple of times I was in, and he was very professional, helpful, and friendly.

It doesn’t hurt at all that there is covered parking and a covered walkway and only a short distance to go from parking to the store on a rainy day. If you’re lucky, you might even be able to parallel park directly in front of the shop.

Update, November 2023. Another satisfying experience with Cassio Creations. I had broken a beautiful multi-strand woven collar necklace made of aventurine chips. They found a way to mend it and even add a really attractive extender that is easier to operate than a standard closure. I can even remove it and use it with other necklaces if I want. Win-Win. And here I am in 2025 and still enjoying service with Cassio, I picked up my Skagen watch from its battery change. Other places have been leery of their ability to safely change the battery because they said the crystal is hard to change without breaking it. Cassio changed the battery without damaging it, and was the first company that ever changed it without warning me that it had probably lost some of its water resistance ability, as the seal needed to be broken in order to change the battery.
