Godwin Jewelers — Attraction in Thomasville

Today, Jan. 4, approximately 12:50 pm, my husband and I walked into the store to look for diamond rings to celebrate our 10 yr. anniversary. Time for an upgrade!! The reviews speak to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, warm environment and excellent customer service and we expected nothing less. There were two customers in the store, with one sales associate at the counter close to the entrance. No one greeted us nor acknowledged our presence even though we walked around the entire store and discussed what I was looking for amongst ourselves as we looked at their diamond selection. I can not say enough good things about this place and the people 💕 They are all so wonderful and helpful. When you walk in they really make you feel welcomed. I noticed one of my stones was loose on my engagement ring late Thursday afternoon(engagement pics scheduled for Saturday and it is rose show weekend) I called them and told them what was going on. They were very understanding. She told me to bring it in that same day and they would have it back to me before my pictures. I dropped my ring off around 3:30 Thursday afternoon and they had it fixed before the end of that day. I am so thankful for them and the time they spent doing this for me.
