Do not waste your time or money here. The workers don’t know what they are doing and might actually damage what you bring in.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had a broken pin on the charging port of my laptop so I brought it in on May 4th. I was told that it would take 3-5 days for the part to come in and then a few more days to diagnose the problem and install it. No worries. I paid the diagnostic fee and waited a week. On the 13th I missed a phone call and was told over voicemail that I need to pay for the part before they order it. I called back and a different person tells me that I actually don’t need to pay until after the laptop is fixed, they just needed a green light. I asked how much longer it would be and they said it should be done by the end of the week. cool. But then the end of the week comes by and I don’t hear anything. So then on the 20th I call again and I’m told that they haven’t ordered the part at all since i haven’t paid even though I was told that I don’t need to pay until it’s fixed. They had my laptop for 16 days at this point and haven’t even started the process of repairing it. I talk to the manager of the store in person and he tells me they will overnight the part for me since it has taken so long. 2 days pass and I finally pick up my laptop. I turn it on and it has a bunch of updates to go through so I let it do that while I run errands. I come back home and it’s finished updating, but now there are black and white lines on my screen that were never there before. I call them and tell them what’s going on and they say they will look at it for me free of charge. They again have my laptop for another 3 days and over that time they call me to tell me they didn’t damage it during the repair and they don’t know what’s causing it. They told me it was a problem with windows 11 so they reverted it to Windows 10 which didn’t fix it at all. at this point i’m absolutely beyond pissed off and frustrated and just want my computer back. So again I get it back, turn it on but guess what. they didn’t fully connect the battery so it shuts off as soon as I take the charger out. So once again I bring it back so they can connect the stupid battery. So within the span of the 23 days it took them to repair my laptop, I had to call them 14 times, was told it was fixed when it wasn’t 3 separate times, and was told conflicting information 3 times as well. Read moreI had my screen for my iPhone SE replaced here about a year ago. I noticed right away that the screen had some yellow dots. I called them and one of the guys said they could replace it, because it had something to do with loose screws. So, I decided to wait to see what would happen. I started noticing white spots on the left middle side of the screen. Tonight (9/19/18) I replaced the screen. When I opened up my phone I saw there were some screws missing. I have video proof of everything as I was taking my phone apart. I was looking around the interior for the loose screws. I found them. Right next to the magnet on the home button.... far from where they’re supposed to be. I know this because I’ve watched a video or two, and recently replaced a screen on my iPhone 5c. Although, they are slightly different screens. At least the screws were there still. I replaced my screen successfully as I am typing this on my SE. I also noticed that when I turned the vibrate setting on my phone on, it didn’t work it just made a click in the phone that you could hear. I guess when I took the screen off and messed with it, it fixed it. Mind you this was a brand new iPhone right out the box, not refurbished, from Verizon. For all of you who have had your phone fixed here, just beware there might be some screws loose somewhere if you have happened to notice any white/yellow spots on your screen. Or they might have messed with other parts in your phone. Had I not replaced my own screen, I probably would have not discovered any of this.....Worth $99???? I don’t think so..... Don’t waste your time here.... never know what happened to your phone until you have to get your screen replaced, or decide to do it yourself. I’m not angry, just disappointed that I discovered this while replacing my screen..... and wasted $99 I could’ve used else where.... only reason why I have two stars is because they did replace the screen, and bent my phone...
Read moreNot only did they take my money, lie to me, and keep my phone for over 3 months, they also stole parts from it as well!! Took my Samsung note 2 in because it was not getting any power to the phone, even when plugged in. I informed them that I had pics and videos of my recently late wife that I really wanted to get back and was told with confidence that they could fix it. After a week I called and they hadn't even opened the phone yet, after another week they said that it was going to take their Colorado Springs office to do the repair. Another month of no calls or updates unless I called.I finally talked to the manager and was told it needed to go to their techs in another state that could do the micro soldering and would take more time. After almost 3 months and multiple calls I finally got my phone back unrepaired. The manager refused to talk to me or even come out to the front and had his employes help me instead. A couple days later I was looking at the phone and noticed the power button felt funny, I opened the phone and found that multiple parts were missing from my phone, I went in showed them my phone, which they treated like it was no big deal to them (again the manager refused to come out and talk with me himself) and was informed that the parts were in the springs and would be brought up promptly. After a week and again multiple calls I got a small bag of parts that, in my opinion, they had removed to sell or use for other phone repairs and not even certain if they are the original working parts or unusable junk. Horrible experience, put my trust into this company and was treated with disrespect, lied to constantly, and stolen from.
