I happened to be in the area visiting family for the Christmas holiday, and after a few stressful days of traveling I decided to seek out a little bit of pampering. The ambiance of the store was very professional, yet, warm and invitingly comfortable. This establishment was very clean; I could instantly tell the staff works very hard at keeping it that way, so great work Lash and Company crew! I was delightfully greeted by Krysta, who upon seeing me noticed me ogling my surroundings, and offered me a tour of the building. She happily showed me each room, introduced me to the other staff members, talked deeply of the passion behind what she did there at Lash and Company, and gave me the run down of what services were provided there. She was such a joy to talk to!! I was there for classic eyelash extensions; I had them done once before and truly enjoyed it! I was there give or take two hours, however I was very comfortable and enjoyed the experience. My lashes turned out great! I was going for a more natural look; I wanted to give the impression that these lashed were actually my own! It's been about a week since I've gotten them done and I've had hardly any fall out just yet. I'm glad I went and got them done!! Overall, I had a great experience. The establishment was clean, the staff is very helpful and incredibly kind, and the service they provided for me was fantastic! I would highly recommend Krysta for all of your beauty service needs! Karen, who is a student here, really spoiled me with a special treat. She’s been studying skincare and always wanted to try giving a professional facial. So, she took the time to prepare everything carefully, picking out the best products and tools she thought would suit my skin. She asked me questions about how my skin usually feels, if I’ve had breakouts recently, or if I notice any dryness or oiliness. It felt great to share that information because she listened carefully and paid close attention to what my skin needed most.

While she worked, she explained each step of the process. She gently cleansed my face to remove dirt and excess oil, then used a soothing mask to calm my skin. The products she chose were incredibly gentle but felt so good on my skin. I could really feel the difference with each step, like my skin was getting exactly what it wanted. Her touch was precise, and she took her time to make sure every part of my face was cared for. By the end of the session, I looked in the mirror and saw my skin glowing. It was smoother and healthier-looking than it had been in a long time.
