Never been to a Dutch Bros, and decided to go out of my way to visit and give it a try since a lot of friends said its great. I even parked for a moment to check the menu and was genuinely excited.
Pulled into the drive-thru (3:56pm) to see a woman (dirty blonde, blue shorts, black shirt) standing outside with a tablet to take orders.
2 cars ahead of me must have have been a co-worker or friend because said woman stopped the entire drive thru line for OVER 4 minutes to talk to this person. She handed the tablet over to the driver and was casually chatting. I could see the tablet being passed to others in the car. Meanwhile 5 cars were also behind me.
The girl taking orders looked up at the line once and ignored everyone to keep talking. She even got a co-worker (shorter woman, black hair, maroon shirt) to come out and talk to the friend in the car. Clearly having a good time.
After the 5 minute mark (now 4:01pm), I just pulled out of line and left without anything. I stopped at a Ziggie's by my house, and from menu-board to drink in hand was 90 seconds.

Since my last review they have been closed on and off with no notice to the company or anything. I even applied to work here and they said they weren't hiring so it's not a staffing issue. The manager on duty was sitting in his car ignoring all the customers in the drive thru and just smoking. This is after the custom tip issue I see many others are facing. Please tell your employees to stop putting in a tip if we don't choose it. Seeing as customer theft is being promoted here and nobody wants to do their jobs I don't know what else to do. Truly unprofessional and this location has truly lost all my trust. Previous review: Took me nearly 45 minutes to get through the drive through and an employee took 2 car orders before walking off. 3 employees were also standing around talking and not helping. On top of that, the broista added a tip without asking me and this is not the first time. I also had a previous experience where a gift card bought for me was loaded onto the wrong card. They tried to deny the issue was theirs and that they misplaced 30 dollars....

I did everything right as a decent human beingāpulled into the lane with other cars waiting, didnāt cut anyone off, and just waited my turn. Then along comes Sierra, who decides to serve a car that just rolled up in the other lane, completely ignoring the fact that weād been waiting for several minutes. When we asked her why, she snapped at us about some imaginary āpolicyā that I know doesnāt existābecause Iāve asked before and been told the exact opposite. She refused to tell me her name, was rude and condescending, and acted like she was doing me a favor by even taking my order.
And it gets better: she then tried to guilt me into tipping after treating me like that. When I refused, she made a snarky comment about tips being for the whole team. Eventually, I got to talk to a shift lead who told me the cashierās and admitted Sierra was completely out of line and that none of this should have happened. But the damage was done.
