NailzBizarre — Attraction in Thornton

I have went to this salon several times. i have had all good experiences which is why my rating is 3 stars instead of 1. this past experience that i had was the absolute worst nail experience i have ever had in my entire life. if i could give this nail tech a 0 stars i would. Her name is Linda and she sits at the very back station to the right, in the corner. she cut me, she ripped my nails off, she didn’t do what i asked her and then she charged me 80 dollars because she says you get charged extra for shaping your nails. my nails were very short and simple. just a pink and white ombre with two little diamonds. the past times when i’ve done MUCH more complex designs it was only about 50-60 dollars. she’s rude, when i told i was paying with card she kept asking if i could pay with cash instead. she is impatient and disrespects customers. it is truly a shame that she works at this establishment as everyone else is so lovely and kind, especially the owner. i probably will never come back here simply because i never want to get my nails done by her ever again. her license should be taken away and she...

I’ve struggled with finding the perfect salon to do my nails for years, and I’ve finally found it! T and Darlene do amazing work, always patient and always fun to chat to!, extremely clean & sanitary environment and tools, professional grade products, wonderful atmosphere.. and the pricing is totally fair! I’ve sent so many people here and no one has ever been disappointed. They also do things like eyebrow microblading and other types of “permanent” makeup. I have long acrylics and I used to have the issue of constant breaking and lifting nails with any other salon... having to make weekly trips to have nails fixed... not at T’s!! I’ve had my set for almost 6 months with monthly rebases and I’ve only ever broken 2 nails in that time. I don’t know what they’re doing here but it’s magic and I’m so beyond happy! The servers are absolutely lovely. Everything else is pretty bad. I had mentioned three times that I like my nails filed a certain way. I just gave up correcting them after so many times.

My pedi massage was mediocre at best. They told me my toe nails were dry, so I got my feet out of the tub. I bumped my pinky toe and the nail polish completely smeared. Most nail salons would clear the nail polish and just paint it from scratch but they just painted over it. I asked them to fix it and they insured me it was fine. Annoyed with my nails, I didn't push it more.

1.5 after leaving the salon, my pinky nail looks terrible and my big toe nail has 2 huge dents in them but "they're dry" so, my bad I guess. I would go to get them fixed but I have a flight at 3 in the morning.
