cannot reccommend these guys enough!! bought corned beef brisket for our company st paddy's day lunch here and the whole experience was a 100/10. everyone was blown away by the quality of the meat-- the only time they weren't talking about how good it was was when they were too busy eating, lol. we do big lunches weekly but this was easily a favorite.

i'm actually a pescetarian myself so unfortunately i didn't get to try the brisket, but they have a whole seafood section too & the crab cakes (which are handmade!) are amazing!! you can also get dry rubs/olive oil/etc from other small businesses at the shop as well, which is great. picked some up for my dad :)

10 stars - I cannot emphasize how great Brown's Top Shelf Meats is. Brown's has a phenomenal selection of products and the quality is top notch! I have used various delivery subscription services in the past but I always end up paying for certain products I can't use (e.g., too much ground beef) that just take up space in my freezer. I love Brown's because I can just order what I need and swing by to pick it up at their beautiful storefront (although they also ship if you're not close by). I already introduced many friends. Never thought you can find this high quality WAGYU in LA. Owner and staffs are so friendly, they helped me a lot for my order exactly what I want.

Boneless rib I ordered boneless rib about 5mm thick they called shabu shabu but good thickness for Japanese Yakiniku. My family loves Yakiniku (table cook BBQ) Meat marbles were so beautiful.

1lb = about 7 slices. So I ordered numbers of slices so my family can have equal slices.

Rib eye thin slice steak I ordered 5mm thin sliced rib eye steak.

Ate with homemade sauce, yuzu kosho and natural salt. It melts in your mouth. So good!
