Wow!!! Simply wow!! Everything. Here is basically wow! Found this place incidentally and gladly I did! Trying to find a place that is open late is hard but found a place that is a bar and a restaurant and open late! Perfect package! They also have happy hour so take advantage!
Decided to come here with a friend because looking at their menu, food looked amazing, seating was great and highly rated and plus open later than many other places so decided to give it a try. It’s like a hidden gem! We were seated immediately, place is spacious and has many tables and beautifully decorated. Basically what I learned toward the end of the night was that everything was basically about family! I love it and I’ve never seen anything like that before. The owner Phil came and introduced himself and greeted us and welcomed us. That’s amazing and it gives a place more value that you’re greeted individually and asked to take a look at the bar and each picture and thing put in the restaurants has its meaning! You get a different vibe in the restaurant, It’s classy and beautifully decorated and has its own atmosphere. Then you go outside area which is not really outside it’s still inside but you get the bar area with Tv and so many different kinds of beers and drinks. It’s spacious with stool bars and tables. This place is just amazing Make sure you ask about a tour of the place and you’ll be introduced to things and why they were put and even the shirt design! Highly recommend! I think it’s beautiful and gives the restaurant so much value!! I can’t wait to be back! Introduce friends and family here. So I got their chicken chronicle and it was something else. Chicken was so tender and had tomato avocado but those are covered with cheese. So good!It looks big but it was sooooo tasty! I couldn’t stop eating it! My friend had their Bronzino and it was sooooo good too. I tried it and it was super delicious If it wasn’t too late I would have definitely had their dessert but that’s why there is next time
Staff and owner are extremely friendly, they have various menu options to choose from. Plenty of drinks and dessert. It’s a really nice place if you have to be casual or dressed up. The classy area of the restaurant and the bar style outside is just a brilliant idea. Thank you Phil for a great night for introducing the place to us and explaining everything there. Will be...
Read moreIt as a lovely little place, well decorated, friendly staff, good service.
The food was ok. Nothing special, but fine.
The Branzino with caper sauce was very tasty, but the pasta under didn’t really seem to have any sauce at all.
I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich on sourdough bread. Someone definitely needs to teach the cook what a club sandwich is, because this wasn’t it. Mine had 2 pieces of bread, not toasted, with a little chicken, arugula (doesn’t really belong on a club sandwich,) dressing and an avocado. Since the bread (which seemed to Brioche not sourdough,) wasn’t toasted, the avocado and dressing just mushed into it. Since the chicken seems to have started off warm, the arugula bead all wilted and the other piece of bread all soggy. It was all just a mushy mess, to be honest. Hopefully the cook will go to a few delis and order a turkey club to see what it’s like.
Ordered a cup of clam chowder, which was not good at all. Aside from zero salt it also had zero taste at all. It was basically water with some overcooked potato blobs in it. Please have the cook go to a real seafood place and see what clam chowder is.
Look the place was really nice. It’s new. This is all a learning experience. Just use this time to learn and experiment. Don’t try to be “everything” to “everyone” at once. For example, making clam chowder is an art form. Its a commitment. Needs great fresh ingredients and planning to make sure the potatoes don’t sit in there for hours. The good news it that It’s not something you even need to have there. Just fine tune the menu and do what you do best.
You already have a great spot, great decor and great staff. No doubt as it develops it will be a real gem!
I’d pop back in 6 months and I have no doubt it...
Read moreI will never go there again! Waitress was friendly until I had a problem with my food. The filet mignon I ordered was undercooked very raw- I asked to cook it more in which they did but while they were re-doing my steak they kept my plate under the heater the whole time so when returning my plate to me it was extremely hot and over heated food. The au gratin potatoes had zero flavor and veggies looked right out of a frozen bag. Steak has zero flavor and was very chewy/dry. At this point I had to wait a long time for the food to be cooled down before eating and everyone at my table was finished so I asked to get a to go box b/c food did not look good but I knew they would throw a fit if I told them to take it back. What do they do? They put it in the cheapest plastic container. Wow! Then ofcourse they still charged me for this (60) dollar entree knowing I didn’t even eat it. I did ask for a manager who was no where to be found- I have been calling now for days to get a manager but every time I call they lie and say he’s in a meeting. Obviously this place does not care if you like the food or not or if you had a good experience nor do they care to rectify anything. Do not operate a business if you do not care about the quality or the experience people have when there! Owner/manager won’t even talk to me regarding my experience even though I’ve left 2 messages now. Clearly you do not care about the community in which you placed...
