I visited the shop over the weekend with my Deaf son & service dog. The owner sat in the back while the front cashier struggled to help the 2 customers in front of me. I patiently waited and told her we'd be outside. I had my eye on the counter the entire time. After 20 mins I went into to check, no drinks and the cashier ignored me. I went in again after 30 mins. This time the cashier gave me the drinks (warm by now-they were sitting there the whole time!) My drink was not what I ordered. There was no lavender in the drink; it tasted like brown sugar. When I returned to the shop the cashier informed me (in a condescending tone like I was trying to scam her) that she would NOT correct the error because I tasted my drink. Now how would I know the drink was incorrect unless I tasted it? Using health codes as a reason doesn't apply (I manage restaurant-make a new one-it's that simple!) You could tell she was told to respond that way from the cheap owners who skimp on ingredients. I was disgusted by the treatment and slammed dunked my beverage into the garbage on my way out-obviously upset. What did the owner do but call a security guard-Who threatened to call the sheriff on me? So a middle-aged woman with her Deaf son AND service dog are a threat to you? Then when I post a review, the owner goes after me 3 separate times. This is why they have high reviews. They pursue customers as threats, making them try to erase their reviews with threats or false claims of violence that don't exist. You are in the wrong business-if you treat your customers as assets instead of enemies and apologize when a mistake is made; it goes much farther. The head of security apologized to me-The owner never made it right. He continues to bully me online. I'm considering consulting and ADA lawyer. Don't bother going to this shop-Security said they are closing soon.....I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDee and Ben are by far the best business owners I have had the pleasure of meeting in years. Dee is the most genuine and kind business owner in all of Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas. Their Matcha is also the best! We love a good refreshing drink and had been to other places in the area and would mix it up from time to time. When we tried Matcha Boba, we stopped going to the other Matcha places in the area and became regular patrons here. Their Strawberry Tea with Popping Boba is worth the add-on and their Pomegranate Tea is delicious! The quality is consistently great every time! I also love their Peach Tea and Cookies and Cream! Dee is so amazing! So nice! So kind! She remembers my name, she knows our order! And she cares about everyone of her customers. You never find that these days but here you do. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Iām a customer for life. Like Cheers, you want to go where they know your name! Thank you Dee and Ben for being the best drink spot in the area. You are my absolute favorite! Cheers! Go Lakers and thank you for remembering us. I look forward to our interactions. Such a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe man working in the front at the register is rude and aggressive. It was my first ever time coming in and mind you I have bad eye sight and iām already standing there squinting trying to read the board with all the drinks listed and underneath thereās a sign that says ādo not take picturesā I obviously didnāt see it but he got really aggressive and started yelling at me telling me to delete a picture I took of the food on the shelf. Mind you all I did was take a picture of a pringles can because of the specific flavor that I had never seen before. There were also children right in front of me as he was raising his voice and getting aggressive with me. Weird Atmosphere. The man seems like he tries to be fake nice to customers, strange, his energy felt off from the beginning and his anger temperament needs to be fixed especially around children. The woman making the drinks was kind but the other guy has to go. Donāt work customer service if you canāt handle a little mistake please. Will not be coming back and donāt recommend supporting this business. This was the picture I...
