Would Give Zero Stars if Possible

I came to Nordstrom Rack expecting the level of service that Nordstrom is known for, but instead experienced extremely rude and unprofessional treatment. I tried to return an unused pair of shoes in perfect condition, and not only was my return refused without reasonable explanation, but the customer service and the manager’s behavior were shockingly disrespectful.

The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke in a condescending manner as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they escalated it with an unacceptable attitude. This is not what Nordstrom Rack should represent, and it was both frustrating and disappointing.

I will not be shopping here again, and I strongly caution others that this location does not honor the customer care that Nordstrom is supposed to stand for. Absolutely...

This place has some really great quality clothing and other items for really good prices. It is definitely the hit and miss of finding good stuff, but to get this type of discount on such fine quality of clothing that is what is required. I guess it is also part of the fun. The return policy is phenomenal just like at the flagship Nordstrom stores. You probably won't be disappointed if you show up here hunting for some great deals. I love shopping at this Nordstrom Rack, particularly for the shoes. I have large feet and when I go to normal shoe stores they often don't carry my size but at The Rack whenever I have needed a shoe or a boot they have had the perfect shoe. It's really nice to be able to try the shoes on before buying them and the selection and variety has been fantastic.
