BZ Honey at Thirsty Bee Meadery — Attraction in Tomball

I JUST found this honey provider online this past week, checked out their website, and counted the days until Saturday when I could make it there during the open hours. I drive there, am parked, walk to their door, and then, in the tinted window, as I am reaching for the doorknob I see a sign that says "closed for hive maintenance". I assume maintenance is regularly scheduled for their days when they do not sell. Very disappointed and truly feel like I was jerked around. I would understand a medical or structural emergency, but a HIVE emergency? :( Their sign should be visible from the road. Their website should have reflected this as well. From their website, I deduced they had a beekeeping class at 9 a.m. and so I did other things and came by in the afternoon... to find...

I opened a Paypal case on BZ, when they did not tell me bees/nuc were in town for delivery, and then when 1/2 of the forager bees were gone upon pick-up. This is a part-time job for the owners/on the side..Matt is a school teacher in Cypress..They called the police on me! On my daughter's birthday...the bees were part of her present.... Even the Sergeant (Sergeant Sparks/Tomball PD) encouraged me to go to all reviews for BZ Honey and tell the public the truth/my side.....so here it is....You have other alternatives for honey, bees, and accessories...if you are unsatisfied with any of their products and open a case/arbitration...Matt and Kelly will lie about you (like you don't have enough money to pay)....then, they will call the police on you.......

I don't usually say anything but I walked up they locked the door on me. I knocked asked to buy some honey, they started to help me and then they told me go to the other location. She did kinda explain and apologize but it definitely felt like they didn't want to sell to me, especially when they locked the door when I walked up. Maybe they honestly are not selling at the location anymore but the way they reacted as soon as I walked up was rude and suspicious (you can imagine why but I will keep it to myself). I don't know how good the honey is and I won't spend my money with them. Again I usually don't speak on stuff like this but the whole thing rubbed me...
