Tonights Tomball Square Tree Lighting was exceptional! The lighting was simply beautiful, tree was gorgeous, and the environment was even canine friendly! The carolers in the crowd near the tree were a unique and special treat while near the train there were Wonderful Tomball singing and musician volunteers - THANK YOU ALL for donating your time, skills & love for all to appreciate and enjoy which makes for a memorable and special night! Thank you city of Tomball for putting on such a family friendly event for holiday festivities! Thank you to the Tomball Police for making sure we were safe at all times and thank you to the vendors such as Raising Canes for the treats and Canes Cornhole, Whataburger and any others that were there with your giveaways! Also thanks for the fresh, warm delicious kettle corn with caramel!! Yummy! Had a beautiful evening! I may bring my little Chihuahua mix in her sweater or jacket next year ;) What a great event...
Read moreSuch a cute, quiet plaza with a lot to do for a toddler. My only complaint is that I wish there were instructions for how to turn on the splash pad, my husband and I had to research online like crazy to figure out. I wish they had a little metal display card explaining it.
That said, you just use skin to touch the black large button on the ground by each splash pad. It doesn’t respond to pressure, it responds to skin heat. Don’t ask me how it works!! You can use your bare hand or your barefoot. Great restaurants within walking distance, and fun to play with the railroad car!

Read morePretty neat, functioning, little model train display. They have a Z scale in the main depot. Lots of detail and things to look for. Working, Lionel train display in the caboose. Again lots of f detail and functional buildings to look at. Limited but interesting history items in the main depot. They are in the process of beginning construction of a rail museum with rail cars inn the back side of their property. Definitely worth the trip for any rail enthusiast.
