Every-Bellies: Cute Vibes, Amazing Potatoes, but Customer Service Could Use a Boost
Every-Bellies, you’ve got a prime location and super cute decor that instantly won me over. The vibe inside is adorable, and let’s not even start on those potatoes—seriously, they’re amazing!
But here’s where things get a little shaky. Accountability and customer service? Not your strongest suits. I was all set to leave a glowing review focused on the fantastic food, but after my second experience, I felt it was necessary to address the service hiccups.
First off, my initial visit was marred by a minor issue—missing silverware. No biggie, right? But when I asked for an extra fork, the lady insisted she’d already put one in my box. I had to explain again that I didn’t have one, and it felt downright silly, like I was begging for a fork!
Fast forward to my latest visit. I picked up my order, got back to my office, and—surprise!—no chicken. I went back (a 15-minute drive, mind you), and the girl at the front checked with the cook, who insisted the chicken was in my box. She started rummaging through my food like Sherlock Holmes, only to find out that yes, indeed, the chicken was MIA.
Look, I get it—maybe you’ve had issues with people lying before. But as a customer, it’s beyond frustrating to drive back, especially when I’ve already used up my lunch hour to get there. And after all that, they still forgot the BBQ sauce I asked for! Oh, and the potato? Delicious but strong enough to break my fork.
Every-Bellies, I genuinely love your food and ambiance, but please, a little more customer service TLC would go a long way. I want to keep coming back for those amazing potatoes without the extra...
Read more🌟 Review: Every-Bellies (Tomball, TX) A delightful mom-and-pop style hamburger joint with fresh food, warm service, and a menu packed with variety. Whether you're craving classic comfort or something adventurous, Every-Bellies delivers.
They feature an impressive lineup of burgers with global flair — from Tex-Mex and Cajun (including a crawfish étouffée burger!) to German-inspired and smoky BBQ options. You'll also find chicken sandwiches, loaded fries and tater tots, and for those seeking something lighter, a good variety of fresh salads.
This was my first visit, and I opted for the American cheese cheeseburger on their jalapeño cheese bun, paired with plain fries. The toasted bun was buttery and flavorful, the fries were hot, crisp, and perfectly seasoned, and the burger itself was simple, classic, and delicious. They offer all the traditional fixings — pickles, onions, tomatoes — but I kept it plain and still loved every bite.
Tables come equipped with condiments and paper towels for a relaxed, self-serve vibe. Soft drinks run close to $3, but free refills were offered often, and the staff even took our cups back to refill for us — a thoughtful touch that stood out.
The service was friendly, attentive, and genuine, and the family-friendly atmosphere was clear from the moment we walked in.
While it might not be my first stop when on a strict diet, when I’m craving a burger, Every-Bellies has earned a top spot on my list. I’ll definitely be back to try some of their more adventurous...
Read moreSearching for a baked potato place, EB popped up. I was less than a mile away so I popped over. They have an assortment of baked potatoes that range from crawfish etouffee, which is what I ordered my first visit. Upon the first bite, I thought the seasoning was good, second bite I thought it was maybe a bit spicy. By the third bite, I knew it wasn't spicy just salty. Way salty. Salty AF to be honest. Too salty for me to enjoy. I also ordered a raspberry lemonade. It was a disappointment as it tasted mostly like watered down lemonade. The first trip was a bust and a waste of money. But as I said, they have a varieties of options. The next first I took my mom and Mother in law (MIL). My MIL ordered the fajita queso potato which she said was perfect. My mom got the classic chicken and she enjoyed it as well. We got shakes which were pretty good. My entrée this time was the mushroom burger which was very good as were the fries. They didn't even need ketchup!
The couple of times I've visited the service was good. They are friendly. Everyone smiles. They make customers feel welcome.
I love the simplicity of the settings but adored the outside. There are tables and a small circular path surrounded by trees and tucked away areas. 3 buildings make up the area - EB, a wine bar and tasting room, and a taco & tequila spot. It would make a wonderful date night location.
Looking forward to returning and sampling more items...
