DropZone U Fun Center — Attraction in Tooele

We just had my son’s Birthday party lastnight and it was super fun!! This location and set up definitely catered to all of my nieces and nephews as their age ranged from the early 20’s down to the youngest toddler. 😆 We loved how there was even a little section for the toddlers where they could safely play and still get to enjoy themselves!! If I could have done things differently it would only have been to not double book with another party and maybe cranked up the AC a lil more. 🙏🏻 However, because of the gracious hospitality we received throughout our evening from the front desk workers namely Genna and Hunter, we were too busy being well taken care of, that the heat no longer bothered or stopped anyone from continuing to enjoy themselves! 😌Thank you Genna, Hunter and Sylvia!! Lastly, it was definitely a bonus having a Lil Caesars right next door! We have had many birthday parties here in the past. Sadly we will not be booking there again it was such a bad experience. We hear its under new ownership and perhaps this was why. The restrooms were completely shutdown for everyone. Plumbing issues. Nowhere to wash your hands or go to the bathroom. It was disgusting. There were multiple parties we knew of this weekend and the entire day they were closed. (Called Sunday they were still having issues, but opened for business) Please don't continue to charge full price for parties and customers to walk in without telling them your restrooms are closed. The near by business were not impressed with everyone walking in & out of their establishment to use their restrooms. Their customer service before this new ownership was not so great and it and was absolutely horrendous this weekend! 😳 fun for the kids, not worth the price for the sanitation issues and customer service you have to deal with. Everything is new! We haven’t been here in several months and we were so pleasantly surprised at how NEW and CLEAN everything is!!! It was bought by new owners and they have made this place somewhere we want to come over and over again. They have a parent seating area with a dozen COMFY rocking chairs where you can view almost all the jumping area. That’s my favorite part! They have a nice and open party area now and kept the toddler jungle gym/slides/ball pit but made it nice and clean and fresh!! Honestly this entire place is better! It feels open and bright and airy and CLEAN!! From the front desk helper, to actually having a worker that is in charge of watching all the jumpers so they are safe and following the rules, to the party area and VR GROUP game, this place is awesome!!...
