I placed an online order on 5/7/25 and received an email that my order was loaded into the portal at 3:44pm. I showed up a few minutes later and the portal was empty when opened with my QR code. I asked the cashier, who told me my food was still being cooked. No problem. 10 minutes go by and I ask again - he apologizes and says it wonât be much longer. Another 10 minutes go by and Iâm losing patience trying to wrangle 2 toddlers in the store. I asked if it was normal to be told it was ready when it clearly wasnât, and the girl boxing the pizzas comes out from the back (Adriana) and explains itâs still cooking and itâs not their fault that the cooks didnât make it when she told them to. I said I get that, but why did I get an email that it was ready in the first place? And she said âI marked it as ready so it wouldnât be late.â
So, she lied to be in compliance. Plain and simple. So also tried to say my order was thrown out for being cold. Which also doesnât make sense because literally everything in there is kept on warmers.
25 minutes go by from the time I received the ready for pickup email, and itâs still not ready. I asked the cashier if I could just cancel my order and get a refund. He said the manager would need to do that, so he went to ask her. She told him no and only GMâs can do that, and Iâd just have to keep waiting. No apology, no interaction, no attempt to remedy the situation whatsoever.
I didnât receive my order until 4:10pm. Just under 30 minutes after being told it was ready. My biggest complaint isnât the wait, itâs the way the store handled it. The whole point of Little Caesarâs is the aspect of convenience. I could have waited happily in the comfort of my own car, with kids not running around, until my order was actually ready.
I will say, whoever the cashier was, tried to handle it with a smile but had no clue what to do because his hands were tied. Adriana was extremely condescending. The manager could absolutely use a refresher on customer...
Read moreNormally when I go here it's fine, a little wait, get some pizza, leave, but this recent time back on March 20th was awful. I went in during the peak of rush time, so I expected a wait. I went in and ordered. The cashier was rude, and was practically yelling at me, and didn't seem to like the fact I was asking if people were waiting or in line. The cashier gave me a pager, new but okay, but then told me to wait in my car because it was crowded, i can understand that it was crowded and they just needed room, but when I explained to him that my car was really far away, like on the other side of the strip mall. He was rude again and said to stand outside. Since it was an okay temperature I did stand outside, and stood outside for 15 minutes before it looked empty enough to go back inside. I again expected a wait, so I wasn't bothered by it. So I stood inside abd waited a little longer until my pager went off. I handed it to an employee who took it, but explained they were waiting on the crazy bread. So I wanted another 3 minutes before they handed me my order. I explained to this employee that I had two crazy breads ordered and I was missing one. They were really understanding and went back to make the second crazy bread. While this was going on, the same rude cashier came to the front and began yelling at people what their order was and shoving them pizzas. He asked me what I was waiting for and I explained I was waiting for another crazy bread. He grabbed the first crazy bread from my order and handed it to me, when I explained to him that was my order and I needed a second crazy bread the cashier shoved my pizzas into me and said there's your order and to leave. When I tried to explain I paid for a second crazy bread he was already ignoring me and off yelling at another customer, but thank goodness that the employee who went to the back to make another crazy bread came back up with my second...
Read moreAwful experience! We ordered food on the app so that it would be ready when we showed up. We were notified it was ready. We drive over, I have my wife and kids in the car. Walk in and donât see our food until he pizza portal. I wait in line to be helped, the lady at the counter was not friendly at all and tells me they are still waiting for some breadsticks. I say okay and wait at the side for about 10 minutes while countless other people get helped. Finally there is a break in the line and I go up again. The lady walks by me and ignores me for a few minutes until finally asking me what I need. I ask how much longer my bread is going to be. She goes back to check and comes back saying it will be another 6-7 minutes! I tell her I am frustrated that we were told our food was ready and it wasnât and I am having to wait. She says a half hearted sorry. I wait for my 7 minutes or so and finally she brings my food to the counter and doesnât apologize for the wait or anything, just says âHere you goâ. It now has been about an hour since we received notification our food was done. On top of it all, we get home and they messed up on our order and gave us the wrong thing!! I am not one to usually complain, but this was terrible service! Management needs to...
