We came here for my sister's birthday. The staff were very nice and helpful. They're used to dealing with people of all ages, so they're great at finding the right balance for you to teach you how to work with glass, and once you know what you're doing they are comfortable to just let you work alone and do your thing. They also have a nice shopping area if you just want to buy a nice ornament, get ideas for projects, or get some lovely homemade soap.

What a wonderful place and experience! Jara and Megan were so helpful and kind. My friend and I scheduled an appointment and we each made different projects, but Jara was so patient with us and explained things in great detail. We never felt rushed and her help was so appreciated! And the artwork inside was just stunning! 5 out of 5...
