Once again I went here for my granddaughters dance recital. I was kind of disappointed in the entire thing, not the recital but TPac. First off we now were charged to get into what has always been a free recital. Then the doors were to open at 5 but you have to stand in the hallway until they open the doors to the auditorium, which opened at 6, what was that about? We had assigned seating so why make people, especially handicapped people stand around to enter for an hour. There is no leg room in the seats in the balcony at all, I'm short and still had no room for my legs. The music was so loud you couldn't even hear the tap dancers tap, that's what I wanted to hear. Then there is the parking issue, there is none. You have to park blocks away and walk to get there. It would have been nice if the parking garage across the street would have been open. Not happy at all with the way things were handled by TPac.

This venue is very nice. I've been here for concerts, comedians, and ballet. There's not really a bad seat in the house, but shorter people or kids might have their view blocked by people ahead because the theater slope is not significant. My only complaint is the outrageous cost of drinks, because they feel the need to rob you for this service, even though you're not at the airport in New York City...

The bathrooms are simply inadequate! They no longer put the performance on their marquee anymore. Just a generic website message. That cheapens the product IMHO. Plus, they didn’t have Ballet Midwest on their electronic display either. The sound for the Nutcracker was way too low! I don’t even think the house speakers were turned on!

Went to see Joe Bonamassa-would have possibly been the best performance I'd ever been to, had the venue itself not completely ruined the experience. We were in the balcony on the right and I never got to see the background singers because they were behind a wall and the guitarist in front of them was behind a hanging speaker. The seats themselves were the absolute worst part. The rows are crammed so close that you can't sit with your knees together and the only way to face your feet forward was to spread your legs. Thank God I was with my husband because I had to plaster myself to him to avoid rubbing on the stranger beside me for the entire show. In order to give them foot space, I had to twist my ankle in a rather painful way for the entire show. It felt like they put us in seats meant...

Very disappointing.... My daughter and son-in-law wanted there wedding to take place there, so unorganized and disrespectful... Were made promises that were NOT kept by UPPER MANAGEMENT... My son-in-law was called a BAD name in writing.... The wedding was booked in Jan 2015 @ bridal fair, was told they had the date set Oct 2015... Hmmm, tried calling to pay and set times up to visit the venue - would get no calls back (emails promising contract in the mail) NEVER HAPPENED!! A month before the wedding received a call stating they overbooked the night of her rehearsal.... Hmmmm... Rehearsal & Wedding we had but unorganized and very disrespectful.... Need NEW MANAGEMENT!!! BEWARE OF TPAC!!! It is no wonder we do not have great things happening in TPAC!! BEWARE!!!! Will never use or...
