Spend over $400 for a birthday party with 15 kids (was supposed to be 28 well over 500 bucks we had planned on)!! we were constantly rushed, kicked out of the room for another party. When I complained later the manager said they had cancelled halfway through our party or they wouldn't have kicked us out of the room. I told her it was 8 minutes til when we were kicked out so no they would not have. As much $ as we spend you'd think they'd allow the parties to have unlimited jump time but you only get an hour, rude workers, and rushed through your party! I have a business, you take care of your customers and they will take care of you!! People spend hundreds there, they should be taken care of!!! Period! We will not be returning!! Such a disappointment!! At least my daughter knows no difference and had a good time!!!
UPDATE... STILL haven't recieved a call. We did the hostesses job! I'd have not been as rushed if she didn't keep bothering us. We didn't get into the room until about 5 pm and it shouldn't have needed an upgrade considering I said I'd have at least 15 kids at the time I booked the party just a few weeks prior. Check in should be done in the room. I got 1 hour in the room bc your host had to be told 10x per kid that was already checked in with no sticker or socks etc... she took up their play time. Not to mention half the kids were already checked in but she chose not to give them their stickers or socks for some! Why not have a tablet to check in while in the room and let the kids go play? She set our party at 415 when we got there, but we didn't get to the room til 5! 2 hours is what I paid for! Its not our fault she took forever! We were there on time! And the people we spoke to while booking mentioned nothing about plates etc provided nor coming 30 mins early to check in.... everyone had already signed the waiver online prior! It shouldn't have taken an hour to check us in! Period! And I shouldn't have had to wait downstairs for everyone else to check in when I had tons to do for my cake, which didn't get part of it finished due to her constant harassment about her own job! My guests passed out the pizza and drinks! Which btw I got screwed out of 1 of my 5 paid pizzas!!! 1 of the 3 that were to come with my party we never recieved and I bought 2 additional! Unlimited drinks means unlimited. We got 1 refill! And I didn't get so much as a drink of that.. what I paid for either! Your host SIGHED every time we requested something like it was an inconvenience! Your manager said she tried to help? No! She argued, and said she'd talk to her staff... how does that help me?? It doesn't! I stated Bonkers treats their customers so much better, amd she said, "well this isnt Bonkers"! I'll say it sure isnt! We could've spent 300 bucks less and taken our party elsewhere AND had all the time in the world! There was nobody in our "upgraded" room to begin with and we had a large party so we both know it wasn't an upgrade! How on earth is the "SUPER JUMP PARTY FOR $369" for up to 15 jumpers unexpected?? I said I'd have at least 15 but likely 25! They said we can upgrade to the "Ultimate Air" package if we need to but we can't downgrade the party! Either you're trying to make things look better on your end or your manager is trying to cover her disrespectful rear! There was no party after ours, 6-8pm on a Sunday when you close at 8?! Highly doubtful! We were majority of your business that day!! It wouldn't have hurt your business at all to let the kids get their play time I paid for, nor let us finish our party! It would've shown good business actually! We have 5 kids and plan on having 2 more... we have lots of birthday parties that we realize now, our money is much better spent elsewhere! The way we were treated... our kids... the birthday child (my 5 year old daughter) was treated... APPALLING!!! I suggest you change or your business practices or you will NOT last in this town!! Nobody likes greed!
From the looks of your reviews... we're not the only ones...

I can't believe how utterly disappointing my experience was at this so-called trampoline park. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was going to be a disaster. The place reeked of sweaty socks and cheap disinfectant, creating an atmosphere more suited to a dingy gym locker room than a recreational facility. The staff, if you could call them that, were completely indifferent and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else.
Let's talk about the trampolines themselves, or should I say, the sorry excuse for trampolines. They were worn-out, sagging in the middle, and felt like they were about to collapse under my weight. Jumping on them felt more like a chore than a fun activity. The padding around the edges was torn and tattered, presenting a serious safety hazard. It's no wonder I saw kids bumping into each other and almost getting injured.
And don't even get me started on the cleanliness—or lack thereof. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms were a nightmare straight out of a horror movie, and I wouldn't dare touch anything without sanitizing my hands immediately afterward. It's as if they've never heard of a mop or a cleaning rag. It's baffling how they can expect people to pay good money for this kind of filth.
As for the supposed "attractions," they were laughably bad. The dodgeball area had deflated balls scattered everywhere, and the basketball hoops were so bent out of shape that making a basket was virtually impossible. The obstacle course was a joke—more like a random assortment of poorly constructed obstacles that even an amateur carpenter could have done better.
Let's not forget the concession stand, where I foolishly hoped to find some solace after such a disappointing experience. The food was overpriced and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The drink selection was limited to warm soda and water that tasted like it came straight from the tap without any filtration. I wouldn't feed this garbage to my worst enemy.
The worst part of it all was the total lack of customer service. When I tried to voice my concerns to the staff, they shrugged and gave me a blank stare as if they were completely brain-dead. There was no effort to resolve any issues or even apologize for the sorry state of affairs. It's clear that they couldn't care less about their customers' experience as long as they get their money.
In conclusion, this trampoline park is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. Save your time, save your money, and go somewhere else where they actually care about providing a decent experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst...
Read more** It is clear you did not take my contact information because you had no intention of providing me with the incident report. It is clear I was left with an ice pack in order to review video footage. It is clear your reply to comments function is deactivated.
*no compensation is being asked for and your video did not capture the audio interaction, plus what would be my motive to mislead? I don't live in Topeka. Thank you for the bag of ice and your prompt response to educate and train your staff.
Actions speak louder than words: After jumping into a foam pit (4ft depth, I felt my back go out. I laid in the pit more many minutes trying to reassure my daughters that I was fine by smiling and tossing foam by blocks toward them. I was then confronted by a young staff who said, "Sir, get out of the pit and stop making holes". She did not ask if I was okay. I explained that I was adding more foam blocks to the landing area as I had just hurt myself. She did not apologize or acknowledge me but silently walked away.
Then I walked to the front desk to ask for the General manager. Two more staff went to look for him and informed me he was taping the floor. I walked over to him and asked if the floor was more important than his customers. Tim Deveau, the GM, proceeded to deliver the customer service rhetoric about how safety is his first priority and his failure as GM to instill that value in his staff. However, his follow up questions were how did you jump in? How did you fall? What time did this happen? and What is your name? Only then did he asked if I wanted some ice for my injury.
I felt like I was taking to a training video or robot because there was no genuine concern or authenticity in his interactions. He finished with do your kids like Sky Zone and offered some free passes (which he didn't present). After telling him I was from out of town, he gave an odd response, "I hope you and your family will continue to come to Sky Zone." He left to go to the office; closed the door and did not return.
I desperately hope the franchise owner finds better staff because based on this interaction I would not believe that safety was anyone's priority and someone will become catastrophically injured.
For those who have read to the end, just Google if foam pits are safe and you will find a number of websites, personal accounts, and high school physics examples that provide evidence opposing the safety...
