Very happy I found jeans.
Not happy that the majority of their clothing in store or online is synthetic.
I don’t mind spending the money on natural materials but I will not pay the prices they’re charging for synthetics.
Forget about getting anything cute like Disney (as an example). Everything in every size in unavailable and it’s been this way for quite awhile. I really believe they never did carry any of the items pictured online.

In addition, I took out their credit card to get a substantial savings because everything is overpriced to begin with. It took 3 calls to customer service regarding their web site and I still cannot get signed in online to access my account. Then I am told I have to wait 10 days because of their screwed up system to attempt to try again after registering.

Telling us future orders will ship quicker than a month later (or more) does not matter when we will no longer be customers. I will never shop with you again. Every time you have been contacted about the order you say it cannot be cancelled, but then you push the ship date out even further. You know you are behind on orders, yet you keep promoting more sales. You announced over 30 days ago that you had shipping issues and they would be taken care of. They are not. My order should have been here according to the estimated ETA when I placed my order, and it still has not even shipped. Get the bottleneck taken care of instead of throwing more into the mix. Read moreI was in a few days ago and there was one employee and she was clearly swamped! They were short a person, the fitting rooms were full, they had shipment that needed to go out and there were many people in the store. Layne, the one employee, was doing her very best to hold down the fort! There were kids screaming while their moms were trying on clothes and Layne kept it together (at least on the outside, not sure how she was feeling inside ☺️). In short she was a multitasking queen!
