Today my boyfriend, my one year old son and I went to the restaurant. We were waiting at the reception, the hostess asked a waitress to take us to the table, and from that first moment the waitress had a bad attitude with us. When she started taking the order she was very rude so my boyfriend had to get up and go find the manager. Meanwhile, she kept asking me in a bad way, with a haughty voice, a bad face and obvious body expressions of displeasure. At that moment, all I wanted was to get out of there. I felt so angry and sad at the same time. I've never been treated that way. Ruined a happy day with my family. Personally, I had been depressed the last few days and this was a good opportunity to get out of the house and have a good time. We had gone to eat last week, and we realized that they accommodate people according to their race or skin color in different sections. But the treatment of the waitress that day was so attentive and friendly that we overlooked the fact. Anyway, today we changed the table and the waitress, who this time was very friendly but it was not the same, the spirits were low and the hunger was gone, so we ended up ordering the food to go. Of course they charged us, but not before giving us a tiramisu as an apology. When we left the place, my cousin, who knew what had happened, had already arrived and demanded an apology from the waitress. The manager (which by the way was not the manager with whom we had already spoken), sent for the waitress who hypocritically apologized and we finally left. I believe that people like this are not trained to deal with customers, and if they have this type of problem, it is better for them to look for another...
Read moreI have choices! Choices (Opinions) are driven by the ability of the restaurant to maintain the expected taste of the food, salad, breadsticks, drinks, and observant waite staff to anticipate the customer needs. Tips or gratuity or what ever they're called by the customer who is Always 👀 watching of not only how the other customers react to the service or body language of an enjoyable experience. So having said that, "Us" old folks sometimes need napkins rather than the cloth that is standard and probably does not save water when washing them so many time. Listen to the customer and ask if you're not sure what was said. I want this now,and that to take home is a miscommunication that sometimes leave a bad impression. The bread sticks are gummy or chewy if it's a better description (am I the only one who thinks the same) a plate with olive oil and sesame seeds or some type of dipping oil would be a welcome addition to save the breadstick. The "Salad" crispness is very limited and gets soggy even as it sits in the bowl and if you take any home it is limp and not crispy. Seating of customers sometimes becomes an issue because they (I) prefer a seat by the windows or a romantic lighting area. The bar is not my idea seating when I'm spending my big bucks because I don't drink or watch sports. I like to eat alone but as I said when I spend big bucks a two person or four person table should not be off limits. If it is,let me know and I'll go with my...

Initial Review: We dine here in the past at least monthly. As of last night's experience, that will likely no longer be the case. We arrived for evening meal around 6:30 or 7:00 pm for service for two. We were seated within 15 minutes. We received our beverages, appetizer, and soup fairly fast. However we did not see our server for very extended periods of time. I had to go to the bar to seek refills. There were plenty of staff there chatting and taking their time, but our server was saddled with a large group on the other side of the restaurant. That should not be our problem--others should pick up the slack. We received no communication as to why we weren't getting out food or beverages until I communicated we needed these to go so we could leave. I asked for the manager and did not get to see them. The servings in the to go containers were about half of the normal size served at the table. Also the men's room urinals reek of old urine. I've mentioned this before to them....
