Very disappointed with this place. I’ve been shopping here since they first opened. I’m a long time loyal customer. Terry did a great job running it. She was sooo good at bringing us so much fresh items for a heck of a deal. The place unfortunately has really went down hill. The prices aren’t near as good as they used to be, it’s the same ol stuff week after week with not much new even though they claim there is new. The auctions were amazing and now they are terrible. I hate to say it, but since the original owners sold its not any thing like it used to be. Today I went in to see if there was anything new, and to top off my disappointment of new items, they took away the military discount! Don’t buy a store right by military facilities that gives a military discount, and then take it away! Super disappointing that my favorite store has become...

Well, I wasn't impressed with the new opening. The place is much smaller than the forbes' location. It was very disorganized to me. There was no flow to it. I know it was their grand reopening, so i hold out hope that it will get better over time. They dont have half the stuff they did at the forbes location and defiently noticed prices went up. I can go buy some of the stuff brand new for what they were asking for some of the stuff. I will wait a couple of months and go back, but i dont hold out much hope. Just was not impressed at all. Do your research before you buy from here. Bought a couch here and found the exact same couch half price at another discount store (In better shape). Shame on me for not checking around first. When I called them less than 24 hours after I bought it, I was supposed to get a call from Zach to see if he wanted to "do anything about it." Still waiting for that call 3 days later. Just wanted to write this review so others don't get taken advantage...
