Not sure where to start. First time I bought the ring wasnât offered the 0% financing. After I got my âKay Cardâ in the mail and seen the bill and that there was a 0% financing available at the time. I called the card and they instructed me to go to the store and have them change it, that they could change the financing terms. I called, got ahold of Becca who told me and insisted they couldnât change it. Well a couple hours later they found out they really could change it. Now back today. Went in to spend the $200 gift card they gave me for my troubles above. Decided to get the diamond ring cleaned. The Jeweler inspected the ring and found out 4 diamonds were loose. Keep in mind we just got the ring back from getting sized 6 days ago. I purchased this ring a week before Valentineâs Day. They had the ring for two weeks to get sized. Now they need it for another two weeks to fix the prongs. Oh and the sales lady is old me there was no in house diamond jeweler in Kansas City who could fix this the same day. After calling Customer Care again they told me I could go to Jered in Kansas City and have it fixed in house. This place doesnât know anything about customer service. Not sure they know two things about diamonds. I was told by Becca the âAssistant Managerâ that Yelly wasnât suppose to handle âBridalâ. What in the hell is she doing their if she canât sell Bridal. But the Store Manager Kathy was there today and Ms Yelly sure Seen I had a problem but didnât invite the Store Manager over to fix...
   Read moreDonât go here! I repeat donât go here! Me and my fiancĂŠ got engaged in July 2017. Once we got back from our vacation I waited a week to get my ring sized. But once I sent it off that was a total regret. They claimed it would be two weeks I called a couple days before the two weeks and they gave me the run around about a diamond was loose and it needed fixed. Ok so I got my ring 3days late but thatâs not all my ring had two cuts in it from the jewelers tool. So they claim they would add gold to it. Nope turns out they shaved gold off of it decreasing the value of my ring. I of course flip out only to find out they would ultimately be replacing it. I was to get a ring remade and get it October 31st. I called a week before hand to check on things and Kathy claimed it was in quality control so then call two days later and my ring not is not fixable and I need a new one made. Ok so she tells me November 22 I will have my perfected ring. Not the cas again they called my fiancĂŠ a few days ago saying it will be January 2018 before we get the ring not sure where this case is going to go but definitely not happy I wish I couldnât even give them one star poor service not what we...
   Read moreMy husband bought my engagement ring and wedding bands from this location...I feel like they have been "in the shop" more this year than they have been on my finger. They sent it in to fix a prong and ended up changing the head on my engagement ring. I called them out and said it wasnt the same ring I sent in. The man working told me "well its close enough" I made them send it back. I got it back with an adjustment that looked shotty and cheap. I called the managers attention to it, she agreed and sent it back to the shop yet again. I went to pick it up a 3rd time and it is back to the different head, again not my ring. Now they are telling me they cant get my head anymore...I called customer care and have yet to hear from them...I just sat on hold for the customer care rep for 8 min and was sent to voicemail. This is the worst customer service ever.
This is just this recent incident. I had major issues in the beginning, I should of just demanded my refund then and went somewhere else.
