United Medical Imaging of Torrance — Attraction in Torrance

This place has the worst staffing in the front office and the billing department is very unorganized. This is unfortunate because with all the staff they employ to work in there office you would expect great service. The office needs to be restaffed with employees who are willing to work to promote their business. A lot of the employees there seemed very lazy and busy doing nothing but chatting at their stations. This location though has excellent machinery for test like MRI's and have excellent radiologist to read the film correctly. This is what I appreciate about this location but the staffing is horrible and needs to be changed. To the owner I hope you make some changes with staffing because your equipment and radiologist are the best I have seen, but I cannot say the same about the staff...

Second time ive been here.Signed in took a seat. Was asked to come up to the front desk. Gave the frnot desk girl my orders. In a room full of people i hear my name being called again shortly after sitting back down. When i was getting ready to get back up to the front desk the girl speaks to me loudly across the room. I just want to confirm its for your left foot and right knee? its for opposite sides right? I stood there like a deer in the headlights and respond sarcastically. Put my business on blast.
