Yoga isn’t just about movement — it’s about connection, growth, and self-discovery. YogaSix Rolling Hills has perfected the art of creating a space where all of those elements thrive in harmony. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere that is equal parts welcoming, energizing, and grounding. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years, this studio immediately makes you feel like you belong.
The most remarkable thing about YogaSix Rolling Hills is its instructors. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach here. Instead, you’ll find a spectrum of teaching styles, each one authentic to the instructor leading the class. Some teachers lean into the spiritual and meditative side of yoga, guiding you through deep breathwork and quiet introspection. Others will have you breaking a sweat, cheering you on as you dig deep for those last 10 push-ups. This wide variety ensures that every student finds the approach that resonates most, and it encourages you to explore different styles to see how your practice evolves.
What makes the experience even more special is the sense of camaraderie and support among students. There’s a mutual respect for everyone’s journey, whether you’re there to build strength, find calm, or simply move your body after a long day. No egos, no comparisons — just a safe space to show up as you are.
The extras are a wonderful bonus, too. Special events like beer yoga, family yoga, and couples yoga bring people together in playful, unexpected ways. Sculpt classes with a live DJ add a whole new level of energy to the room, making fitness fun and joyful instead of a chore.
The owners’ passion for what they do is undeniable. They’re involved, approachable, and they genuinely care about every single student who walks through the doors. That care is reflected in the studio’s atmosphere, its culture, and the warmth you feel every time you arrive.
As someone who just completed my 100th class, I can say with complete confidence that YogaSix Rolling Hills is not just a yoga studio — it’s a sanctuary. It’s where you go to grow, heal, challenge yourself, and connect with others who are on their own unique journeys. Whether you’re looking to build strength, cultivate inner peace, or simply belong, this is the place where it all...
Read moreI did not love the request to only leave positive reviews on the public reviews pages, I feel this is a little manipulative and dishonest.
I went to a class recently and I will start with the positive: the front desk staff was very nice, welcoming and informative. Plenty of props available. The flow itself was pretty good. The instructor seemed kind.
For me the negative was how packed the class was. I knew it wasn’t going to be super relaxing when a woman was talking on the phone at her mat before class started. It felt like people were fending for themselves and having difficulty navigating such a crowded space. I have been in crowded classes before but this might be the most, one woman was practically in the prop room. The pace of the flow and the amount of people made it impossible for there to be any personalized instruction or modifications, which is worrying as I saw several people in potentially injury causing positions. If you know what you’re doing for your own body then go for it but don’t expect correction. I also found the prop room to be difficult to navigate with that many people. At the end of class we walked out onto a wet floor that had just been mopped. I stepped on a slippery patch and had wet feet in my shoes.
I am not trying to be unkind, I hope the class size decreases (clearly there is demand) for the enjoyment and safety of everyone. I would not have left this review on here if I had not gotten the request for one that rubbed me...
Read moreI've been coming to Yoga6 with an unlimited membership for the past six months so I feel confident writing this positive review :) The studio is clean, spacious, and very organized. In the studios, there are plenty of different weights and resistance bands you can choose from. I've tried every class, and all of the different instructors. Everyone of them has been great, however my favorites are Tara's and Keenan's sculpt classes on Tuesdays, and Laura's power classes. These classes will work you out like no other. I've tried so many different workout classes/studios in the south bay and I promise there are few that compare to these three instructor's classes. The only thing I wish was just a little different would be the class capacities. Some classes during peak business hours are absolutely jammed and you feel like you're just a couple inches away from your neighbor, but this is minor if you can stay in your space and focus on your practice. All of this being said, for the price there is no better place to get your yoga on (I compared this studio with others around and during their promotions u seriously can't get better bang for your buck). If you love a good, stretch, sweat, and strengthening look...
