Worst Chuck E. Cheese I have been to. All big tables dirty only like five, two persons tables clean. I sat in front the window where pizza came out my pizza sat there for more than 20 minutes all the staff were helping with parties except the door girl who was just there at the door the cashier who was trying to ring up people and give out prizes.Kitchen staff doing pizza would come out to fill salad bar and ice, party workers kept leaving machines with no ice they cleaned tables after an hour of me being there place to small couldnt even walk to get to a game people who go there are rude pushed me and my kid aside to go the little train another lady was infront of me she was getting furious of everybody shoving her and her kid aside as well she sat down to take breathers she was losing it. Either get more staff or dont book more parties than your staff can handle while taking care of other guest and cleaning up the place. 1/4 of machines...

I miss the excitement for the kids of putting in the tokens to play, the handfuls of tickets to redeem, and knowing that you have x number of tokens left.
The games seemed weak, not sure how else to explain it.
The pizza on the other hand was great. They've always had a really good pepperoni pizza.
As far as the help, they had plenty. The bathrooms were clean, and the place was clean. The ball pit and the stage are gone, for those that haven't been...
