J&J Mobile Electronics — Attraction in Torrington

I didn't have the positive experience some other reviewers claimed. I visited him twice after my Iphone blacked out. The first time he insisted before he even looked at my phone or heard a word I said "I cant help you! Your phone has too many problems!"

I went home and called another shop who said immediately it must be the battery. But he is 40 minutes from Torrington. So I tried one more time with the fellow as J&J before driving way out to the other shop.

I told him the other shop says its the battery and showed him the reviews on his website that state he fixes batteries. His response "I don't care what the website says."

After that I didn't know what to make of it-truthfully I accused him of racism-I'm mixed race half Black half white. He responded 'How can I be racist you're whiter than me?: I honestly don't know but he either doesn't like my face for whatever reason or this website is lying by claiming he...

I came back to JJ Mobile Electronics and HE FIXED MY PHONE!! the buttons on my phone when I woke up this morning were stuck inside.. apparently the last drop of it... did it in, BUT THIS MAN FIXED MY PHONE!! He is a miracle worker with phones! He tells you the truth about what he can do, how much its going to cost, and if he can fix it. He did recommend I get a new phone as this one is over 5 years old now. I cannot afford a new one right now.... but He fixed my phone and I am very grateful to him for helping me!!! Thank you!! Thank you so very much!

This man can fix any phone!! He is brilliant! And he is reasonable priced!! He's a miracle worker for phones!!

I came in to have my screen replaced. He wanted me to come back later in the day to pick up my phone when fixed. I was more than fine with doing so. However, I asked for a receipt of proof showing that I left my phone at his shop. Upon hearing this request he freaked out, yelled at me and became boligerant. All from asking for a receipt... The quality of his work is probably good. Although handling a customer asking for a receipt like that is super inappropriate. Why should you trust a business with your 1200 dollar phone if they are unwilling to give a receipt and want you to return when the phone is done. Thr man is insane and I would not recommend...
