I'm not for writing reviews, but I was very unhappy with my last visit ! I've been a loyal customer, I'd say 5-6 months . I enjoyed the vibes there, I stuck with one girl there (Nikki, who is no longer there ). I've seen their work on social media, and from what I seen everyone did very good work. so when I was informed that she was longer there, I was upset, but I said to myself, everyone else is good AGAIN from all the social media posting.. I don't like to badmouth anyone, but the person I was placed with seems very nervous, and I could tell by the work that was done . I asked for something simple just to see how this new nail tec does , so I got a fill-in ... a pink French with a cute flower design) I was very upset . AGAIN, I don't like to bad mouth, but I was upset, and these are my nails . I had to ask the young lady if she could ask someone else to do the design . I got this fill-in on Friday, 4/14 . My one of the designs is particularly all off . How !? Beats me ! My everyday routine , I'm not so physical with my hands for my designs to be coming off or my nails to be lifting. I'm sorry, as much as I like the vibes there, everyone seemed nice . I will no longer be a customer here . I didn't make a fuss because the service was done. Read moreIf I can rate this nail salon 0 stars I would. First off I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set a whole month in advance and the day before they confirmed my appointment. There is only one person that does pedicures and she called out sick for the day so I was notified to just come in for your full set at the designated time. A whole 20 mins before my appointment I received a text from savannah that she had to cancel and told me I had to reschedule. I immediately responded and asked if there was someone else available? Unfortunately, I did not get a response back so I called the salon multiple times and they ignored every single one of my calls. I even tried to DM savannah on her Instagram page which said she was active and I was still ignored. I am upset on how unprofessional they handle potential customers. It was uncalled for. I will never try to book with diamond nails again. It’s the worst service I ever experienced with any business. Read moreI went to an appointment to get a gel manicure with a simple nail design. First off you walk in and the person at the front desk has her head down and watching her phone with headphones on. Barely greeted me. Had me sit down and wait for 15 mins even though I had an appointment. When its my turn to go and get my nails done the tech is arguing with the front desk chick because of overbooking appointments, doesn't greet me and has a sour face the whole time she's filing my nails which makes it so awkward. Also the tech has her headphones on and is watching something on her phone. I then get moved to another techs table where the girl (she looked super super young and I am pretty sure she was new and they were testing her out.) processed to do a pretty ok job with the color and design. This new tech also has headphones on the whole time. Doesn't clean my cuticles doesn't file my nails properly just adds oil and says ok your done. I walked out so upset. Once I can see the nails in the sunlight I notice all these little hangnails under my nails. Had to go home and file my own nails. Just an unpleasant experience all around. Will...
