I really want to give them 5 stars...BUT, I have been ordering from them consistently and today I had an issue, so I called. Unfortunately I was just talked over the whole time, spent over 100$ buying food, and someone supposedly named "Angela" told me maybe I was crazy and that the order that I was saying was incorrect was only my imagination. After she hung up on me (not once did I yell or raise my voice or talk over her), I called back two more times because we realized another part of the order was also incorrect for which they charge extra. They ended up sending the two corrected meals over to us but in todays world we didn't feel comfortable eating them after the way I was treated over the phone. The food is normally great but it's expensive and it's unfortunate they would treat a recurring customer this way when they obviously knew they had made an error on the order. Not sure we will ever feel comfortable ordering from this...

I placed an order through DoorDash TODAY and on the app - it shows you can add notes for substitution for anything .. all I asked for was For the food to be NOT spicy. I placed the order not even 12 mins ago.. but anyways I called the location to make sure they saw the note. First off, the lady who picked up the phone couldn’t even understand what order I was referring to.. and then tells me “I made the order already. You should have contacted door dash about that problem”.. SO WHY IS THERE A NOTE OPTION WHEN ORDERING!!! Is it not DoorDash and the restaurants job to make sure all orders are correct including substitution. Read moreLet me start off by saying that I've been a regular here for years. I always ask for no peanuts due to a peanut allergy, and they always delivered, until recently, and I had a reaction. I call to let them know, and kindly explain what happened, and they say to take it up with doordash because it's not their problem.

I didn't call to sue or make a big thing about it (which I honestly had every right to do, it's my LIFE). I was very kind in my tone and wording and they even refused to put me through to a manager. This is how you treat regulars? I won't be coming back here again. I'll edit this review soon to recommend a better thai spot for those who unfortunately receive the same treatment.
