UGG Deer Park Outlet — Attraction in Town of Babylon

Worst location ever!!! The staff was so rude and definitely didn’t want to work. I asked for a certain size in multiple styles and they kept saying what we have on the floor is all the sizes! I knew it was a lie because there is a back room behind a curtain with boxes stacked up to the ceiling in different styles!!! Finally I went over to a guy on the register and clearly told him I know it is a complete LIE how there is absolutely no sizes for multiple styles and when he was kind enough to leave the register and help by going to the back, oh be hold the shoe size and style I was looking for was in the back!!!! All these workers were willing to lose out on $500.00 worth in merchandise because I bought multiple pairs for my wife and kids!!! Took me and hour to get out of the store because of the staff!!!! It’s disgusting how there is a store FULL OF staff that does not want to work, too much conversation going on amongst each other and caught two girls on their phones at the front end!!! This is a holiday season shopping and the nerve of staff not wanting to help is really horrible! Never again will I go back to this...

The UGG's Outlet in Deer Park is DISGRACEFUL!!! While standing on line in the freezing cold, a representative came up to us and stated "if you know what you want you can order with me and I'll go in and get it." The line was atleast 35 deep. We thought great!!! When the representative came out with our merchandise over $200 worth, she asked for my card. I gave it to her. She processed the transaction, or she thought she did. She said "it didn't go thru," and after 5 to 7 second exchange, I gave her another card to process the purchase. While she was completing that purchase, I went on to the initial card's website to see what may have happened as to the declination. As it turned out, as soon as she said "ok, it went thru" on the second card I gave her, my bank card was showing a debit for the same transaction. So now I'm livid and I want UGG's to satisfy the situation. She said "it will take time!" I'M STILL WAITING FOR RECTIFICATION!!! OVER A MONTH NOW!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE UGG's Outlet in Deer Park if you want honest, integrity-based service. They don't know the first thing...
