Went in to pick up my quesadilla I ordered online, I had a coupon for free chips that I was unable to add to my online order, I figured I’d just use it when I got to the store. When I arrived I asked if I can use it and the manager said yes talk to the cashier, I then proceeded to use my coupon but the cashier told me I had to make a purchase of $5 in order to use my coupon that was about to expire, I then told her I just made an order online worth way more than $5 the manager turned around and said if you were not able to use it online you cannot use it in store, I told her I did not know how to use it online and asked if she can do a one time courtesy for a returning customer because I’ve been there many times and also work in the mall. She said if I do that for you I have to do that for every customer and then proceeded to add the chips are $2 ma’am if you want them just buy them” insinuating that I cannot afford to buy $2 chips. And that’s the manager there ?? Very very disrespectful and just completely unprofessional this tall caucasian young lady who says she’s the manager needs proper training on management and customer service and needs to take the hospitality course again because apparently she learned absolutely nothing the first time around. If you have a manager like this then the whole staff will be exactly the same as she is setting an example to be rude and harsh to customers as if it is okay. To top it all off my quesadilla was made sloppy and was not cut at all like it should be. And the back of house was completely dirty !! The line workers were throwing the food that landed on the table back in the food trays. Worst chipotle I have ever been to !!! Zero...

Maybe there was 10 or so cubes of chicken scattered throughout, in addition to 6 kernels of corn salsa, 9 pieces of fajita veggies, etc. with a heaping 8lb helping of only rice & beans. I was waiting for hidden cameras to jump out of a closet and tell me we were on a new TV show, being 'Punked'! Your only recourse to unsatisfied customers that contact your abysmal Customer Service helpline are b.s. COUPONS for my next visit? How about NO?! I'm honestly not interested in your coupons... I only eat at Chipotle once every 6 months or so. Now you want to send me a coupon that expires 4 weeks? Get out of town. Give me my money back. I'd like my money back. I want real legal tender american currency that I can spend at someone elses restaurant. I'd like my money back for the missing Large Chips and the garbage Burrito returned to me asap. I went back to chipotle and told them about this, and they said they'd make me the 4 tacos I was missing. 15 minutes pass by and I'm still waiting, so I ask the employee if he knows when I'll be able to get my food to which he responds with "I just gave you a bag with the 2 you were missing".
