I don’t know who this “Jasper Stone” person is, but he has the right idea about this “Starbucks.” This “establishment” and the “people” who work AND willingly shop here are disgraceful to not only the Starbucks franchise, but to humanity as a whole. This “Starbucks” is widely known to the population of Suffolk county and surrounding area as utterly incompetent and embarrassing. It should not only be shut down but whoever runs it should be sentenced to multiple life sentences in maximum security prison. I only come to this “Starbucks” in dire circumstances and I somehow regret it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Once they were out of coffee. No joke. HOW?! That is the ONLY reason Starbucks exists. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF COFFEE?? AT A COFFEE SHOP! My final straw with this “business” was going in and seeing they have NO STRAWS! That would be one thing, they were so understaffed that there was no employee that I could ask for a straw. They definitely wouldn’t have had them anyway. Please put this “store” and its employees out of its misery and CLOSE IT! ASAP! TO ANY CONSUMERS WHO ABSOLUTELY NEED OVERPRICED COFFEE FOR WHATEVER REASON, HEAD OVER TO THE COMMACK ROAD STARBUCKS SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET A DRINK! Read moreI couldn't believe how bad the service was here. I am fluent in Spanish, but I am Indian and I felt so rudely treated because I didn't speak Spanish to the customer service agent. I complained to corporate office with this message below. The customer services was horrible! Bypassed us to serve only Hispanic customers. VERY RUDE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. 5 standings around in a circle while customers wait. Took 30 minutes to take our order and then another 15 minutes to get our order. After we got our drinks, we had to beg the employees to give us the food that we paid for and we only ordered 2 cake pops and a banana loaf. I spent close to $40. I expect an immediate response to this complaint or I will have no other choice but to decline the credit card charges. The employees didn't even give me a receipt because they immediately dismissed me to help the next Hispanic customer. I feel disrespected...
Read moreMy husband and I went to the Starbucks store located in the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY today 11/09/24. There was a special event and to my knowledge this store is franchise owned but the service that was provided was horrible. Aside from waiting over 2 hours for a drink to be made, several customers were taking other customers drinks and the store associates were okay with that. In addition when asking an associate, Andrea if they could help read the names aloud we were told she couldn’t. As a very long time customer of Starbucks I was very dissatisfied with the service provided with this store. Again I understand the wait times may be a bit extra due to the special event however the service was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this...
