My recent visit to Chipotle for a date night turned out to be a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, it started off on a bad note when we encountered an employee named Shawn, who was working as a fry cook. From the moment we interacted with him, his attitude was unpleasant. When I asked him when the steak would be ready, he simply shrugged his shoulders with an attitude and walked away without saying a word. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated so rudely.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The restrooms were in a horrible state, with trash overflowing and even urine on the floor and in the trash can. It was shocking to see such a lack of hygiene, especially in a place where food is being served.
Overall, our date night at Chipotle was ruined by poor customer service and unacceptable cleanliness standards. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as this is not what we expect from a well-known chain like Chipotle.

Read more😭😢i accidentally ordered the pork bowl for pick up and i happened to have no way of getting there so i ended up having to order a 2nd pork bowl and asked them to bag it together. As i was on the phone with them i had asked if they could remake the first pork bowl since it had been sitting for almost 2 hours ( since i thought i ordered for delivery and finally realized what happened.) They told me they could not remake the bowl because it would affect their inventory count and that it shouldn't be too cold, I was lost for words. 😅My order came eventually and it was odd because the bag was not sealed in the uber eats drop off pic. The uber driver told me it was handed to her like that ( which made me feel nauseated & uncomfortable. I opened the bag to an written apology for no cheese and was given guac as a token? -/ I ended up eating the bowl that was made first but also noted my salsa wasn't in one bowl. It's been 2 days since then and me and my nephews stomach has been in utter Shambles😡😡😡. I am very disappointed...
Read moreI eat out alot since I'm always working, but I never leave reviews. Today the whole staff took care of my mess up with the app location when I ordered. I just took lunch at around 4:20, got to Chipotle at 430 and have another 4 hours to work so I didn't have time to make another trip to the location the app chose, I thought it would have remembered that I've ordered from the same spot but that was my mess up. The staff worked as a team, could obviously tell I was frustrated and calmed me down, offered to make my food to help me out. One young lady called the other store for me cancelled my order and resolved my botched online order, another gentleman who helped relax my obviously irritated self offered to get the order taken care of on the spot. One of the young lady's behind the counter jumped right in and helped make my food. The staff there is great, I never had a staff take charge and react in such a clutch moment as they just did. Awesome location, awesome people, awesome customer service and teamwork....
