1/12/19 1:30 PM I asked for a medium iced French Vanilla Coffee with cream. Lady #1 handed me a black coffee, I asked for cream. Lady #2 (Later named Whitney) told me to put my own cream in it behind me. I have never had to do this before. Asking why this experience was different here/now, unlike any other Starbucks/previous orders, she proceeds to explain how to physically pour cream into a coffee, rudely. Lady #1 kindly took my drink back and made sure it was acceptable. Before leaving, I notice Witney was the only employee without a name tag. When I ask her for her name so that I could speak with her supervisor, she replies, "I don't have a name". And continued to refuse. I decided to ask the cashier for her name, and Whitney proceeded to announce to all of the employees behind the counter to "not give her name or talk to" me. I asked to speak with the manager and was told to contact one of the Target employees. The Target Employee gave me the name of the manager (Lucy H.)and number to call. Named Lady #2 as Whitney, but could not depict Lady #1 that actually helped my experience. I plan to call later, but Whitney's hostile attitude/negligence was unacceptable. Truly disappointed. **EDIT :: I spoke with Lucy H. (Manager of that location) and she was very apologetic. I added 2 starts due to my previous experiences, the first employee that helped, and the manager's attempt at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis staff is incredibly slow and not very friendly. They like to talk amongst each other a lot which additionally slows down what they're doing. Every time I come here I order through the app in advance, but always end up waiting for them to have my drink ready an additional 5 to 7 minutes longer than it should take. The staff is also Very unsanitary. This is the second time. I've visited this particular location in 5 days. Both times they were touching their faces or scratching their arms, and then still finding the nerve to put their fingers all over the lids when carrying hot drinks. That seriously grosses me out, I heard another guest say something about it too. Are they not trained to touch the body of the cup instead? Touching all over the lids can't possibly be normal protocol. So yet again, I'm waiting until I get to my destination to enjoy my drink by taking the cover off. This is flu season, learn...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually stop at this one every time I shop at Target, but the last few times I've arrived (today included) there wasn't any coffee available, and was told it would be ready in five minutes.
The barista that told me this then proceeded to make the drinks for customers ahead of me -- she did not brew any more coffee at all -- taking five minutes to do per drink. For three drinks!
I thought about asking for my money back, but I'm not really sweating three bucks. Wanna know why I don't get a Latte or Cappuccino? Because I will literally age weeks or months just waiting for it.
NONE of the people working here have any sense of urgency, or common sense. The most basic thing you offer is hot black coffee and it...
