I can't say enough good about the Verizon store in Catskill. I'm a Realtor and I was having issues with my phone not working and I went to the store on the day they were having a school backpack give away and were closed. I tried the door and I think the manager, Ryan Bice saw the desperation on my face and opened up for me. He quickly addressed my phone issues and spent about an hour and half trying to help me. While it was a temporary fix, it helped me tremendously. He went above and beyond anything I expected. He could've easily said, "we're closed", but he didn't. Ultimately, I ended up there again and he concluded I probably needed to replace the phone and helped me with the call to Verizon. I got my replacement and then reached out to him - yet again - to see if he'd help me set it up. He readily said yes and I went in today and he set me up. He's the best asset Verizon has. He's so professional and polite to all the people that came in store while I was there. I can't say enough good things about him - it restored my faith in humankind. Verizon is very lucky to him be their face to the public. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Thank you...

In the last two weeks I have been in the store 3 times and left 3 other times because it was busy and only had one person behind the counter . The 3 times I did speak to someone she was very kind and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious she was new . One visit there was one other employee there but she was in a hurry to make a bank deposit and have some information for my questions but never actually came over and engaged in the conversation. So I gave up and went to another Verizon in salt point over the weekend . There I discovered that the 650.00 to switch from another cell provider deal had ended the 5th . I called Verizon corporate number and they said if I had started the preapproval process and my information was already in the system they would honor the special but that never took place either. So as far as Iām concerned the lack of staff in your store the lack of consideration for the inexperienced coworker and new customer and the lack of information that came from that created a situation where I lost...

I ordered a phone 7 weeks ago, was told it would be there in 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks later they call to say there was a problem with placing the original order so they would place it now but they would make a note to cover fees. Today I called to get an update on the order and the phone had arrived. Why would you not call a customer to tell them the phone they ordered arrived. I go to pick it up and it was the wrong phone. Now I could take the phone they mistakenly ordered or wait until mid January for the phone I originally ordered. Mistakes happen, but as a business you need to compensate and take care of the customer. Yet to compensate the mistake, they offered to āgive me a discount on a phone caseā.
