Worst experience I have ever had , with the store I've shopped at for 12 years , I counted a staff of 6 maybe 7 , and a manager no were to be seen. Sat in paint isle to have to colors mixed for 20 plus minutes no help, only nice one was Sue who paged no one came to paint she left the register to try to mix paint, I walked out to observe eye rolling from one girl rep to me and my family another one laying on floor eating an apple visibly were door knobs are , cal ked manager when I got home who became combative cause I told him his staff was horrible but Susan . The way I was talked to on the phone by the manager was extrw melt unprofessional , kind of sad 12 years probabk y over 10,000.00 dollars spent there, never again will I go there I will go...

Terrible older style thinking employees. They age and racial discriminate, they asked my wife to take her backpack off and leave it at the counter so she did, but as she put it on the counter they started to open it and go through it! WTF, we just walked in! Then we told them if they want you can follow us around the whole time and I was there just for a door knob. We found it on our own because the person following us wouldn't help us because he was too involved in watching us so we left with nothing and went to a different location. As we left they started telling us about "younger kids that they have problems with and they have problems with our kind" I asked what that meant and she said "white kids" that...

Why was my visit just "OKAY" Having to wait for the younger associates to finish their conversation in order to ask a ? And was sent to the wrong isle ...then said self ??. Find it yourself ..wouldnt want to interrupt them again Lol. I get it .He was chasing down a date .So .He didnt have his mind on his business.
