My fiancé first started working with Paula at Glennpeter to pick out my engagement ring (unbeknownst to me at the time). From what I heard from his experience, Paula’s patience was unmatched - not a stone unturned (literally). She helped my fiancé design the most incredible ring that I still can’t believe I get to wear every day!! I then met Paula when I went to have my ring resized. Paula greeted us with the biggest smile and the most genuine happiness for us for our engagement. She has the most radiant personality and makes me and my fiancé feel so incredibly special every time we visit. She then helped us pick out our wedding bands - which was not an easy task since we had to find a way to complement an already perfect engagement ring! She walked us through the process and when I was torn between two stunning bands, she helped us work with Glennpeter’s in house jewelry designer to create the perfect complement to my engagement ring, and to help my fiancé find his perfect band too! Since then, she’s helped us with Christmas gifts - including stunning Diamond earrings. She also helped our dear friend get his now fiancé her engagement ring too! Paula is absolutely our go-to for ALL jewelry needs, but she has also become a dear friend and cheerleader whose constant positivity and encouragement brightens any and every day! Hilton was absolutely amazing to work with. His customer service is a cut above the rest. The patience he showed me while taking the time to educated me through the decision making process was fantastic. He spoke to and treated me as a friend and in doing so created a friendship. The way Hilton took on the business personally, to ensure everything met my needs and schedule was beyond honorable. He really is a good man and a great saleman. When I came in I was looking to just look around to see what engagement rings were going for and browse around. Hilton took the time to answer my questions and educated me about diamonds. He didn't talk to me like a salesman, but rather a friend who wanted to truly help me figure out what I wanted and what met my needs, not just sell me something to make the sale. The fantastic experience though only started with the purchase as Hilton continued to show his great nature by ensuring the ring was ready for the date I needed it on, resized it after I found out later it was too large for my lady, even following up with us long afterwards to see how the ring and now our marriage is going.
