I hate to leave a negative review because in my original shopping experience the store associates were very kind and helpful. However, today when I went in to make a large return the assistant manager was horribly rude and refused to process a refund for me for items I had purchased with my sweat collective discount. She told me that sweat collective purchases are not eligible for refunds and only for store credit because they’re “discounted” items. I was returning over $500 worth of full priced items all with tags on, unworn, unwashed and within 30 days of original purchase and I had my receipts. I argued with her (I’ve made returns like this before with no issues) but she kept repeating that this was their policy and offered no compassion and refused to take any action to clarify or override. She offered to bring out the store manger which I accepter but no one ever came out and she then told me my only option was to call the guest experience center at lulu corporate and see what they had to say. When I suggested that they inform people at time of purchase about this “policy” she lectured me that personal responsibility is one of Lululemon’s core values and that I should take the time to educate myself on programs I sign up for.
After speaking with the GEC, this store manager is incorrect and I was in fact entitled to a full refund. You can even see from Lululemon’s own FAQ on sweat collective returns, I was well within my rights to a refund. The GEC rep on the phone processed my refund and said she had idea what the store was talking about and apologized for the confusion.
This was such a waste of my time and energy over something so simple that you can literally Google to get the answer to. Not sure why this assistant manager was so misinformed and uneducated about the policies of her own store and yet felt the need to school me on personality responsibility. I understand working in customer service with disgruntled customers is not fun and sales associates have bad days too, but this was egregious given she was actually in the wrong about store policy.

Read moreThis location just opened up, it’s only been two days and I am so excited about a closer location near me. I have always had negative experiences at the Lululemon in the Westchester, particularly with the women there and the women at Lululemon are so helpful so kind. They truly come off so genuine, not a fake bone in their bodies. Specifically Arianna, alexis, and monica Were amazing during my visit. I felt supported and appreciated through the entire time! If you’re a Lululemon lover, I truly recommend coming into the store, even though it’s new and a lot of the employees are fairly new on their training as well, They are more than happy to help and figure out whatever you need. I Will definitely be in person more now that the Vernon Hills store has made my whole experience with Lululemon something different and special. Shout out this new team! The store is so beautiful and bigger than other Lulus...
Read moreI am absolutely disgusted with the experience my child and I had at the Lululemon in Scarsdale, New York today. My child is non-binary, and we were there to shop for clothes, but instead, we were met with blatant disrespect and ignorance from the assistant manager, I believe her name was Alexis. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel unwelcome, blatantly ignoring my child when inquiring about sizing. The final straw was when Alexis had the nerve to tell my child that they need to figure out who they are before they figure out what to wear….. Is this the kind of treatment Lululemon supports? Alexis was not only rude but unprofessional, and I’m SHOCKED a store like Lululemon allows this kind...
