Van Vreede’s Distribution & Delivery Center — Attraction in Town of Grand Chute

Less than a month ago, we spent over $5,000 on brand-new appliances from Van Vreede's. As part of the purchase, the company installed a refrigerator that has been beeping nonstop since day one. We’re talking every 5 minutes, sometimes as often as every 30 seconds.

We have a special needs child, which already makes sleep a rare commodity in our home—but adding a malfunctioning refrigerator that's up against the wall and constantly beeping? It's been unbearable. We notified Van Vreede's immediately and were told to troubleshoot the issue ourselves. We followed all instructions, yet the problem persisted.

It took them over a week to send out a technician. When he finally arrived, he told us this model is known to have issues and that it would require a replacement UI (user interface). No timeline was given. When my wife called to follow up and ask for an actual ETA, the woman on the phone couldn't give one, and when she asked to speak to someone who could, she was unbelievably told to "contact the post office."

So here we are: $5,000 spent, a refrigerator that beeps endlessly, and over two weeks of waiting with no clear solution or accountability from Van Vreede's.

For a company that claims to value customer service and quality, our experience has been the exact opposite. We deeply regret choosing Van Vreede's and strongly caution others to think twice before making a major...

When we pulled up to get our furniture we had completely missed the customer service door sign. One of the employees on a forklift taking out garbage saw us and came over to direct us.
