Just the pros and the cons you decide. Overall, we stop here after work during the week because they have good customer service and it’s centrally located. I’d like to point out a valid fact in hopes that the manager will read this.
You need to train your staff better when making frozen treats such as a hot fudge sundae
We stopped by recently for a hot fudge sundae due to the heat, and the young girl that made it had no clue what she was doing. Obviously, her parents never taught her how to make anything obviously she wasn’t trained properly by management.
She overflowed the cup with ice cream and then tried to hand it to us through the drive-through window as it was overflowing with sticky liquid like lava. I refuse to take it because it was ready, overflowing rapidly over the side, dripping down the sides. How would anyone with any common sense make it like this to begin with much less try to pass a sticky we must to someone sitting in a car.?
I told her in a nice way that she needed to remake this because I could not take a overflowing sticky ice cream mess into my car. There’s no way I could’ve touched it without having all of the goo all over my hands. How would I have grip to the steering wheel? Again, I thought this was common sense. If you pour a glass of anything at home, you don’t overfill it so it’s dripping down the sides . You would have a mess everywhere so why would you do that to someone at a drive-through. I don’t think this person has any common sense. I don’t think this person‘s parents taught them any common sense or life skills and it’s obviously the management is not training their employees properly. Please help these people by training them properly. They’re passing on poor customer service to Clients. Unacceptable. Please help thank you. PS no I did not get her name. I was too busy looking for wet wipes trying to clean...

The Leadership team has Zero Idea how to order a Truck.
They Penny pinch all of their items so they run out days before restock.
Before covid I would have said it was because of how busy and efficient they are, That is No Longer the Case.
They barely order for their trucks.
Service is slow and often (but not always) Rude.
And the Employees Consistently Under portion the food on orders.
Honestly only give this location as many chances as We do because a family member is vegan, and impossible whoppers are roughly $5 on Wednesdays and THIS is the only location Open till midnight. (Save for maybe during summer)
I usually get food when she does, if we go, otherwise I avoid it now because all of the locations in the area have dropped in quality and service so badly.
The biggest issues at this location are that they always run out of things they shouldn't.
And they consistently under portion the food. (I have confirmed it's not my imagination)
Followed by rude and unprofessional employees a bit more than just occasionally.
Whatever you do, don't order on the app without confirming your food can be made or you'll wait 3-4 business days (likely a week cus weekends) to get a refund, IF they even give it to you, most of the time they give you a digital voucher for $5 or $10 dollars, barely enough to cover what you spent, but it's for their app and you can't use it on deals so they really aren't giving you anything back. Often forcing you to get something you normally wouldn't.
Nevermind all the aggravation and disappointment caused by it all.
"Have it your way", I remember when that used to...
Read moreThis one is going down hill. Employees are rude here. No apologies for their wrong doing. I was there 10/13/2022 @ 6:03pm?: I was ordering things and I mentioned I had a coupon of buy a whopper, get one free. Normally they would ask for the code but they didn’t this time around. I assumed it’s because they had issues in the past where people behind would hear the code and use it as well. I didn’t question it and it wasn’t busy. I ordered what they had on their sign outside deal 2 for $10. As I got to the window. I pulled my phone out to show the young women my code and she went to get a manager (I assume). The manager opened the window and said, “Next time tell me when you order back at the speaker.” I just said, “Okay sorry will do.” The manager then said, “Do you have another coupon.” I was confused because we can only use one coupon on the app now, because that is what someone told me when ordering. I said, “I’m only getting the buy one get one free whopper. What other code?” She started getting irritated and sounding mean saying, “The code for the 2 for $10!? Next time show me the coupon.” I was confused and the young lady seemed to be talking to her. I said, “2 for $10 is on YOUR sign. Not on my app for a deal.” The manager knew she was wrong, because she said “oh right” (something along those lines) and didn’t even apologize that she was being rude to me because she didn’t know what was on her own menu.
I know customer service is hard. I get it, but I didn’t expect to be treated so low and to have to explain her own deals that she has outside...
