Hit and miss... Been here twice for take out. 1st time food was typical Chinese takeout feel-good taste fine but not great type. Service left me feeling like I was an inconvenience. 2nd time food was same or similar & their far below average very lacking friendliness & courtesy were lacking despite my remaining friendly, smiling & cheerful. I thanked them when they handed me the order. Woman and man behind counter after almost throwing my food at me replied in seeming irritated fashion, "huh? Oh yah yah" waving me off as she turned around treating me like Im not welcome

I would not recommend this place nor am I likely to go here again. Its also worse than most street market vendors in Shanghai as far as cleanliness... Heck Shanghai is way better even. I left feeling like the staff or owners or whoever run the place feel & treat customers ahead and after me in similar manner as tho they are entitled to my business when they are far from making really good food or being anything even similar to classy.

Do not listen to the other negative nelly karen reviews on here. We are new to the fox valley and have been trying various other chinese take out places for the past year. Some good, some bad. We kept driving past this place as it's in a fairly deserted strip mall and had other poor reviews. Last night we gave it a shot and were very pleasantly surprised!! Our order consisted of: Egg drop soup, crab rangoons, shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce. Soup was very tasty. Crab rangoons were large and crispy and good. Shrimp fried rice was among the best in town. Sweet and sour chicken was good and nice tender chicken. Shrimp and Lobster sauce was flavorful and had nice large shrimp in it. Feel bad for dissing this place for so long due to the whiners in previous posts and it being the closest chinese takeout to our house. Good Job China Moon 2! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone that I know, the food was definitely not what we had expected when we ordered it. We wanted chicken chow mein but what we got was vegetable soup with bits of chicken in it. The only thing that was remotely any good was the egg and spring roll. Since we were unhappy with our order we called and asked for a refund, the person over the phone refused and asked if we have ever eaten chicken chow mein before because we sell this all the time without any complaints. She was very rude and told us to bring the food back. We couldn't not because we were getting our truck fixed and she said that wasn't her problem. She said" will we can't just give someone their money back if they don't like the food" well I say yeah you can, you are in the service industry and you are here to assist the customers not make them feel stupid.
