Abhorrent customer service. I walked in to get my necklace fixed, and the person at the front was talking to a buddy of his. After standing around for five minutes listening to them talk about their friend's shooting range in their backyard upstate, the person behind the counter said he'd be with me. They continued gabbing for another five minutes, and I just walked out. Despicable towny behavior that is so off-putting and uninviting.
