This business has ZERO customer loyalty. I’ve been a client for over 3 years, but after unknowingly giving the business a 4/5 review (I’d never received a link like this and genuinely thought it was an internal customer satisfaction survey), I was literally banned. All my upcoming appointments were cancelled, as I found out from a voice mail left by the receptionist. (Haven’t seen the money yet.)
I’ve known the owner personally for over 25 years so I reached out. She left me a 22 second voice note saying that they’ve done everything they can to “accommodate “ me, but “ in the end she has to protect her business”. From what, less than 5 star reviews?
Additionally, I was also locked out of their online booking system after cancelling 2 appointments, one of which was because I tested positive for COVID (and offered to PAY because it was less than 24 notice).
Apparently, if you have “too many” cancellations ( which I guess is 2), even if done with more than 24 hours notice, you have to call to make an appointment so they can charge you immediately. Nonetheless, I complied, and after showing MY loyalty, was allowed back on, but with the condition that I would be charged at booking.
The reason I stayed was NOT the acupuncture, which I tried for a short time and chose to discontinue, mostly because I did not trust the provider, who provided for multiple clients at the same time.
I stayed because of the massage therapist, who is amazing- truly. She left the business for quite a while, and she made me a private client, coming to my house. I spent close to $1000 to get all the supplies. However, she returned to the business late last year, and after several months, informed me she would only see me at the business location. I agreed only because she was so great. My understanding is that she thought the 4 star review was about her and was so offended, I was ban Visit if you want, but if you check it out, know the facts.
