Bogo Kosher Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

This place used to be a clean eatery with delicious food and a fantastic deal; but it's none of those things anymore. First of all, it took over an hour to get two pizza pies completed for takeout. While I was leaving the store with my pizza, I saw a cockroach in the glass area where they show the pizza pies and this was very upsetting. When I pointed it out to the cashier she acted like it was no big deal and acknowledged the large bug in the food case but did not remove it. I hold kosher places to high standards as historically, "kosher" means "clean" and roaches are not kosher or clean. In addition, there is no longer any "buy one get one free deal" they are now just as expensive as their competitors which is a shame because this WAS a really great pizza place. Regular slice was alright. The crust was too big imo. The sauce/cheese was a little bit watery but that's fine.

Sicilian slice was absolutely the worst. It had no crunch like a sicilian pizza should have. The cheese did not taste great and there was too much of it. Honestly looked like it came from a school cafeteria. I wish I had just gotten a second regular slice instead of the sicilian.
