My AC failed during one of the hotter days in this year.

Scheduling: I called and one of their techs was available to come by the next day. The tech arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, which was fine since I was working from home and appreciated the AC over waiting.

The service: my condenser was not working, but my air handling unit in the attic was running, so the tech didn't need to come inside the house to check on that. The tech replaced the capacitor, and the job lasted no more than 20 minutes.

All Hours installed my air conditioning system four years ago. We've had some issues with the system which is not their fault but through it all they worked their butts off to fix it. The owner of the company provided important information concerning how to get reimbursement from the manufacturer which I was able to get. Finally, we had a problem with the system but their tech stayed on the job testing and retesting and they even sent another tech the next day who evaluated the system to learn that what he dreaded was the compressor turned out to be a valve. If All Hours hadn't wanted to be150% sure it would have been very expensive. ...

Honestly the most unpleasant and unprofessional company I've dealt with. They charge for parts covered under warranty, charge more than 3 times the fair market prices, say you need a new furnace when you don't and enter your premises without prior consent. All this and they NEVER apologize or assume any culpability. Don't waste your money using them. ...
