My AC failed during one of the hotter days in this year.
Scheduling: I called and one of their techs was available to come by the next day. The tech arrived an hour earlier than anticipated, which was fine since I was working from home and appreciated the AC over waiting.
The service: my condenser was not working, but my air handling unit in the attic was running, so the tech didn't need to come inside the house to check on that. The tech replaced the capacitor, and the job lasted no more than 20 minutes.

The owner of the company provided important information concerning how to get reimbursement from the manufacturer which I was able to get.
