Don’t believe what they say at the geek squad. They’re just liars and they just want to get your money for every little thing. I went in there to get my laptop Reset the password all of a sudden The geek squad they told me that my battery was bad that was an internal thing with it. Guess what I went home. I put the charger on it. My battery worked. My laptop turned on. They were trying to lie to me and sell me a whole new laptop when it was just lies what they told me what pisses me off more that they wanted me to buy a whole new one and switch everything out the old one . Guess what? I have proof that my laptop is working I didn’t do nothing to it. I put it on the charger and I looked for my password and it works completely. There are a bunch of liars telling me that I had to get a new one and that my laptop was messed up ,when it wasn’t at all. I recommend not to go to the store because they’re liars in the geek squad. They’re just stealing people’s money. That’s a lot of dishonesty for a big corporation store. I will never go back to this place again they’re just liars. I have proof that my computer is working. That means that their texts are liars and they don’t even know what they’re doing. They have to get new people there that are honest and not try to steal people money. In total, they wanted me to become a member that was $195 and then to fix my laptop with another course. The Game was bought on 9/18 and today is 9/24 , a Manager ( Calvin ) and Customer Service told me that they will Not give me a refund only Credit for it. They wanted to give me a $3.00 Credit for it , I spent $43.44 for the game , A Game that My Son Cannot Use . I sent an E-mail to the Store Manager about my Situation . I ordered a tv online and was told it would be delivered and mounted 8/27 The day of im informed the by geek squad that the box is damaged and the tv may be damaged. I called for a replacement and they informed me a different tv will be delivered 8/30. 8/30 I get another call from geek squad stating the same tv (damaged) is the one being delivered. They contacted Best Buy would then cancels my order without notice and tells me the order is not in stock anymore. I call Best Buy and have terrible customer service. They state there’s is nothing they can do and no management I can speak with. I call back again and get a different agent who hangs up on me without call back. I call again and give up and attempt to discuss alternative options. The new agent states he will transfer me to sales team who is away of the situation and will help. I’m then transferred to a department that has no idea what I was sent for. I again ask for management and I’m transfer to another sales rep.
